I bought a quiet PC from them 10 years ago and recently I was guided patiently through upgrading it to support a 4K display The suggestions were cost effective and I was able to install the new parts myself with their advice I ve been very happy with the products and the service in both cases When it comes to a new build in the future I will use Quiet PC again - great company

This is my second Quiet PC

This is my second Quiet PC The first in 2016 suffered a history of crashes all of which turned out to have been caused by Windows 10 initially that Windows Updates were no longer compatible with my old printer scanner or USB audio later crashes also caused by Windows never the QuietPC hardware QuietPC Support continued to reply to my distress emails and to guide me right up to 2023 I have not encountered any other computer supplier that behaves like that it is invaluable So I ordered my new QuietPC last month a NUC13 in an Akasa Turing case It is working perfectly Meanwhile I have recovered my old 2016 QuietPC by buying a hard drive from Ebay with Windows 10 Pro on it which I have now cloned to the original M 2 drive on the motherboard and I have recovered my original data disks from it too all data intact and the 2016 original hardware is all working too

This is my second PC from this company the first one lasted 5 years without issue and was only replaced due to advances in technology My requirements for the new PC were a little bit more complex but the company handled it perfectly and shipped ahead of scheduleVery Happy

This new PC is absolutely fantastic

This new PC is absolutely fantastic There s lots of carefully thought out options to get the system you need and it plenty of information on the website to guide you through your choices Above all the customer service is first rate - very easy to speak to someone if you need to on time dispatch and delivery of a very carefully packed and prepared PC In my case there was only a little setup work needed installing the graphic card which is too heavy and fragile to safely leave installed during transit which QuietPC kindly offered to help me through should I have needed it This is the second time I have used this company for my PC purchase and I would definitely use them again Highly recommended

Great experience from start to finish

My wife is very happy with her new gaming PC which makes me a happy husband The PC was built neatly with all the cables tidied away nicely which is harder than it looks and a skill I never managed to acquire It s quiet as a mouse even when she s playing games on it It was packaged well including the internal inflatable pads used to cushion the components during transit Great customer service too with the PC arriving exactly when I was told it would Nice little touches as well such as supplying an enlarged copy of the Windows serial code so that I didn t have to squint at the sticker on the back All in all a very positive experience and now I m waiting for my own PC to break so that I can justify ordering another one

A very quiet PC indeed

The PC I ordered was delivered within 5 days well build and we ll packaged It s a custom made machine barely audible even though it has fans in it The QuietPC customer service is very responsive

Company does what it says on the tin

This company certainly lived up to the name QUIET PC On receipt and set up of the machine I was blown away The computer is completely silent not a click wine or squeek It was exactly what I paid for Throughout the the sales process I have been looked after with all my questions answered very very happy and would highly recommend this company
