I ordered a cotton waffle weave robe the robe is much softer than I expected washes up beautifully feels and looks great I will try their other clothes in the future The cost of the robe was half of what it was in the stores

This company surely knows how to scam

This company surely knows how to scam the customer Bought a sweater and returned as it was too big and exchanged it for a pair of pair of pants The pants were 10 more than the cost of the sweater so I added that amount using the same debit card I had used for the sweater transaction The pants turned out to be too small so I returned them for full credit I e the original sweater price plus the additional 10 that had been charged They only refunded the 10 and are claiming that they had refunded the original sweater price months ago I have checked my bank account on line and have also had a special investigation done by my bank They have NEVER given me my money After reading other reviews from people with similar experiences I have to conclude that it is part of the company s business model to scam any customer for as much as possible whenever possible

Crazy pilling and hiding bad reviews

There s no way to sort reviews on Qunice s website and they only show the 5 star reviews sorted first so I only saw others complaints about pilling on TrustPilot At first I was thrilled with my cashmere boatneck sweater but then it started pilling like crazy after wearing several times Even removing the pills left the sweater looking years older and worn than it was with massive pilling with each wear Cannot wear outside of the house Waste of money

Just don t the one start is for the customer agent who had a clue and was competent Concerns 1 No single point of contact for an issue to be resolved- Oscar Tiffany Jessica Roberto and Gaby Five different agents on one chat 2 Oscar customer service agent 1 could have saved me 70 minutes of time if he communicated with integrity and transparency 3 Tiffany customer service agent 2 oof She alleged the item was shipped it was not I truly don t think she was trying to be incompetent she just was 4 Jessica customer service agent 3 unprofessional and passive aggressive AF Have a beautiful day was complete inappropriate for the chat conversation 4 Roberto customer service agent 4 appears to be the ONLY agent with integrity competence and empathy 5 Gaby customer service agent 5 I have no bloody clue what sparked her interest in contacting me She offered nothing to the situation
