We wanted to a give a huge thank you to Igor Night Manager -Landsby as he has been exceptionally friendly and professional He s made us feel welcome from when we first moved in We always look forward to seeing him downstairs

The reception is great especially Yusuf and Piotr Both always help me when need to learn or help My window was not working properly o waited for the maintenance team too long but Yusuf came in and solved it even if it is not his responsibility

The Quintain team been superb From the Leasing to tenancy and then resident team Imara made the whole leasing process so smooth and fully understood disability needs Mohammed was outstanding and so efficient with the tenancy even adding addendums were appropriate Ruben Adnan have made us feel so welcome and always ready to help with a smile at the front desk Leon was quick to assist with a light issue and there was no waiting around Everyone is so professional and they do it with enthusiasm and care Thank you so much I would happily recommend Quintain If you re looking an all round place to stay and excellent service

Stayed in Repton Gardens for a year It is a lovely complex with great amenities Never felt away from home Great location and safe space The residents team has been extremely approachable and helpful always

Good experience with the Tenancy and Residency team

We found the entire move in process to be very smooth Once we finalized on the apartment the Tenancy team and the Residency team completed all the formalities and logistics very quickly and were very helpful throughout the entire process A special thank you to Julia Whyte who was very dependable and helped us at every step of the way She went out of her way to address all our queries and provided additional documents which we need very quickly We were very happy with our interactions with Julia Whyte and were very pleased with her always there to help attitude Thank you

Great experience with Igor - night manager at Quintain living Landsby Very professional very helpful and always welcoming with a smile He is a great asset for Quintain and definitely one of the reasons why people are staying in Landsby like ourselves at W 1108 for years Quality of staff is paramount for a business with a model like Quintain living Kudos to Igor

Living in Canada Gardens has been so fantastic besides its amenities and social space what really sets it aside is the amazing residents team And Yusuf Khalifa really embodies the spirit of that team always helpful always ready with great conversation and always gives his 100 to assist with any request big or small even if I catch him at the end of his shift Thank you for all your help
