Used them once to order food and it arrived an hour later by two different couriers with 40 minutes intervals When emailed customer service and suggested they at least should take delivery charge off they completely blanked off my suggestions and said they would work on improving the service I will never use them again what an appalling service

Worst customer service ever
Only had part of my order lunch order delivered as customer services thought I had accidentally ordered 2 salads When I asked for the rest of my order I was told to pay for a second delivery if I wanted it And I would have to wait another hour Customer services later changed their story and said they had placed the correct order and started to blame the restaurant They continued to tell me the order I had received was correct Terrible company Keep away Too expensive especially for such poor poor service

Quiqup Dubai service is terrible Their deliverers always send a false report stating that they call many times but clients never pick the phone up and simply return the parcel back to their office Shipments delay up to 4 days

I would give 0 stars if possible
I would give 0 stars if possible DREADFUL service - on a good day has taken 2 hours had 3 terrible experiences where they call after 2 hours and say they aren t able to do it or messed the order up Terrible terrible terrible customer service - charging for items not received Also extortionate - how can you charge 8 delivery when deliveroo is free from the same location

AWFUL They illegally take your money even if they do not carry out an order They are criminals should be closed down by Trading Standards They have just taken money from me as a cancellation fee EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER AVOID THEM USE ONE OF THE OTHER DELIVERY COMPANIES BE WARNED

The worst company
The worst company Their tracking platform has never loaded for me I don t leave reviews I created this account solely to leave this review but I am doing so now because I spent 30 minutes of my life discussing with the dispatcher the timing window and what worked and why for me I just had a delivery person ring my doorbell an hour after the window a window of 11 hours - which I already reluctantly agreed to after explaining to dispatch that my baby will be sleeping at night and I won t be available Their is also a sign covering the doorbell button saying not to use it Every other delivery company has respected this somehow without requiring a preemptive handholding This is following a stream of calls and knocking The company I ordered from has lost my order and myself as a customer generally As has any company which uses this as their logistics partner

Quiqup has proved to be a complete failure delivery service on all fronts 1 ZERO customer service No accountabilitiy within the company and you never know to whom you should speak to resolve your matter 2 ZERO consistency In their service agreement they undertake to send a driver within 4 hours In many instances no driver shows up for pick up or delivery does not happen in a timely manner The company is not even aware of on-going orders and their status as they lack proper internal systems3 ZERO reliability on finances They undertake to pay out collections every 2 weeks which they have NEVER respected and if you do not follow up consistently there is a doubt that you would ever get paid One star is even too generous for them Unfortunately there is no lower rating

AVOID AT ALL COSTS So I used a promotion code and ordered a couple of groceries for a decent price Then the employee tells me it s out of stock and asks me to choose an alternative so I gave him an alternative of equal cost to the original items ordered As soon as he left the shop my total cost increased by 20 He rode around Central London with my items for almost half an hour to increase my delivery charge which I didn t even know was possible Then he arrived and the cost was over 40 for items originally costing under 5 Unbelievable Avoid at all costs
