Avoid their mail order free range service at all costs
This is a review of the Quob Park Farmers Free Range online meat and other produce mail order service for which Quob Park is the parent company I have had a deeply unsatisfactory service from them I ordered a large joint of pork alongside 2 expensive bottles of wine and sundry other items which was due for delivery yesterday I only discovered late in the day after contacting them by email they don t answer the phone that in fact it wasn t going to be delivered because of issues at their couriers hub DPD but was assured that it would be delivered today No apology was actually offered throughout the email correspondence and an explanation was given that the lady called Leanne who was responsible informed me that she was actually away but picking up her emails After 2 unanswered emails this morning and several unanswered calls to the number provided on their website I decided to call the parent company this morning I was immediately handed to another gentleman who seemed fully aware of my case and informed me that there was no tracking information available from DPD but that it was out for delivery but couldn t say when today When I asked him to confirm that the said pork had of course been kept in cold storage I was horrified to learn that indeed it had NOT it was in specialist packing which SHOULD be ok for 48 hours we were already at 36 and we re talking pork here At this point I became extremely angry There had been no attempt at proactive communication with me throughout this ridiculous process in order to let me know what was happening It appears that this company do not consider the time of their customers to be important have no interest in proactive customer service and furthermore and most worrying seem to have little regard for food safety and hygiene The only answer they seemed to provide was that it wasn t their fault I will be cancelling my subscription and account and seeking a refund of all funds held on account Avoid at all costs

I note 1 or 2 people have said that they could log in to the new company Quob park but like most people I can t Clearly if they wanted us to be able to do that they would simply redirect their old farmers free range farmers choice website I have emailed them but they refuse to call me saying they will only respond by email They are hiding behind terms and conditions that they think allows them to steal my money Ive been paying in by standing order for 20 years and because I haven t placed an order in 3 years they believe they can legally keep all my money They don t reply when I ask at least give me the last 3 years money Ive paid in I think my only option is to try the small claims court

Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever received Booked a guest spa evening for me and my friend for her birthday Booked weeks in advance Day before I am due to go a phone call to say you cannot attend spa without being a member Had only booked spa based on recommendations from others that were NOT members No option of resolution I sent an email to explain how bad this is and how the website should not allow people to be able to attend the spa if no member ID etc and 24 hours later they phone me to say they will honour it as a one off Like I would now want to come back I then had to chase for a refund as no sign of it Do not recommend

Tragic
Tragic ruined the best tea rooms in wickham This used to be a fabulous tea house and it went all hoity toity and ridiculous prices now it s closed down Absolutely gobsmacked at how someone can ruin such a brilliant business in a few months Really miss the tearooms as it used to be

Absolutely the worst experience with any Members Club that I have had the misfortune to have joined
Absolutely the worst experience with these scurrilous people Joined what was at first glance a very pleasant place for afternoon refreshment with like minded people who then proceeded to change the whole set up without notice to make a hoity toity affair where you have to book in advance to taste their wine not just able to visit anytime as a member Turned up several times to try and use my membership but was turned away with no reason before I managed to clarify what was going on over email Asked for subscription money to stop being taken after I learned of the changes but they kept taking itWill not reimburse subscription monies held in my account stating that I have already received the benefits from paying my subscriptiion - cheap wines even though I never found one there nice enough to invest in so chauffer service never used Please do not get duped by these people as I did

The Christmas Order I had put in was cancelled
The Christmas Order I had put in was cancelled without informing me When I spoke to a woman who say she was dealing with the accounts the problems stemmed from when they took over Farmers Free Range Company Apparently they did not appear to have the money that had been paid previously to Farmers Free Range When I asked how to get in touch with the previous company I was told to find old paper work They were either totally ignorant or uncaring about the fact that they had gone into administration

Lovely Venue Terrible Customer services
Lovely Venue lovely staff with really good own label sparkling wines Nice food This should be win win win But is sadly let down by their customer services Lovely helpful polite when on the phone but don t actually do anything unless you are spending money Emails are ignored unanswered My membership is now cancelled

Have a Christmas food order cancelled
Have a Christmas food order cancelled due to farmers free range not being solvent but my direct debit has been being paid to quob park apparently they don t have to honour the order or a refund Have used this company for 20 years although I know they been taken over a couple of times Disappointed as right before Christmas which is not on Had quite a blunt response from Robert Terry It s not my fault that they put money into a company that didn t pay their bills but you would think it was I m owed over 158 00 from this company the direct debit is to Quob park NOT to farmers free range

If I could give them No stars I would Suddenly received email saying subscription cancelled Can t get in touch with anyone they aren t replying to the numerous voicemails left We are pensioners and have saved with them for our Christmas order which has now been cancelled with no refunds nearly 160

More orders denied and customers insulted
As reported by other customers Quob are denying customer orders at its free-range business Quob have provided no meaningful information only a long-winded moan in an email from Robert Terry about a predecessor company from whom Quob received assets Public record suggests Robert Terry of Quob has shares in active companies with assets of 11million But Quob is now denying many customers access to their accounts Apparently we customers are not profitable or desirable to the business
