The Central Bank of ireland should not be able to stand over the allocated licence for this company it is an absolute failure from the authority of our countrys financial system to allow this type of organisation operate offering insurance to the public They are offering insurance to the public and they recieve commission based on the sales and their failures to deal with their own liabilities is that of a criminal offence by law under the consumer credit agreements legislation in Ireland I have become the latest customer who has been totally disregard by the customer service department after months of emails and calls etc and I have not received any updates regarding the issue I raised They have repeatedly deducted from my account direct debit payments for a policy that they provided and I am unable to process my claim for the policy because they are denying the policy is activated while they are debited my account under the same policy

AVOIDRecently took out a home insurance policy and cancelled it within the cooling off period Weeks waiting for money to be re paid to my account this after 3 phone calls where I was told 3 different amount of refund by 3 different people Refund finally arrived in my account today totally different figure to what the 3 people told me earlier and a lot less than I was expecting considering I was well within the 14 day COP Overall bad customer service experience AF

Very badly run insurance company

My husband arranged house insurance with Quote Devil in July and advised them he wanted paperwork not online details and was assured in mid August that they only posted at the end of a month He has since phoned 5 times each time being assured the paperwork would arrive within days It is now 18th of November and no paperwork has so far arrived Pity he did not look at Trust Pilot before paying up Hopeless company no supervisor available ever but who knows as clients cannot confirm on a phone call It would seem their employees are trained to fob off the customers by lying Avoid this company at all costs

HORRIFIC COMPANY Do not approach I was insured with them from Jan this year No issues as of the beginning They were slow to post my documents but eventually I got them Trouble started late October 24 when I got a letter informing me cancellation of my policy due to not providing documentation I had in this time of just over 4 weeks they continued to charge my account two payments of 85 31 eventually after thousands of emails and 6 hrs on the phone they gave me a new policy but now they re ignoring my emails and refusing to give me a reason for not paying me They are an absolute terrible company and to this day 3 4 weeks after they reinstated my policy I still haven t received my documents I was a total of 4 weeks without insurance unable to drive because of them DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY

Further to my review re house insurance Finally after three more phone calls my husband finally got a person on the phone who promised to print the insurance papers immediately and post them that day and surprise surprise he did They arrived the next morning the 29th of November to our surprise No one from their care team ever rang despite what was said in the link which I did reply to The premium was actually paid in July cover to begin on August 14th

2 days in row trying to get through

2 days in row trying to get through them phone line No answer for 30-60 mins and then hangs up Got my cover cancelled that they allegedly never received my documents Have spoken with them at beginning emailed followed instructions worst company to deal Will report that to relative authorities Folow up After few days got email asking for my details Gave them they stated will contact me kn next fre days week later no contact tried to get them jver a phone again 40 mins still listening to dreadful music

I am sure this is a scam Received a letter saying documents are outstanding Spoke to them twice got two different stories they want me to pay in full for the remaining policy or cancel the policy I called today to cancel and agent Caroline said it s not possible they will cancel anyway even if I paid in full I am preparing a complaint to FSPO and requested the recording of both the conversations to take this to court Tomorrow I will contact the press as well as this is the wild wild west where scammers run companies selling bogus to customers and the regulatory bodies just watch and say nothing Hope my post is self explanatory avoid
