Rawson EV - an outstanding company

We had our solar system installed by Rawson EV in October last year and I thought I d give it 6 months of service before writing a review I can honestly say that I do not know how their service could be better It s been absolutely superb Within an hour or two of my first email expressing an interest in exploring solar I d been contacted by Connor who came out measured up and provided a detailed and accurate report of the potential costs and benefits Nothing was too much trouble - he explored different configurations different adjustments for shade and was totally honest about what we might achieve Each of these was backed up with a written estimate so we could compare and contrast The estimate for installation was highly competitive so we decided to go ahead and I m so pleased we did The installation was silky smooth from start to finish and every subcontractor employed by Rawson was prompt polite conscientious professional and highly skilled in their own field That goes for the scaffolders the roofers and the electricians All of this was overseen by Aran who ensured everything went to plan The thing that really sets Rawson EV apart from the rest is the after sales service Aran truly is an expert in his field and any question or query I had about the system the software or the app was responded to promptly and efficiently usually within an hour or two via WhatsApp That s truly outstanding service Having had the system installed in October we headed into the darkest months of the year so I wasn t expecting much generation to start with although even on the shortest day of the year it generated 1kWh Today sitting here in the spring sunshine having run the washing machine the dishwasher etc etc we ve so far spent 17p today on electricity from the grid and according to our energy company we ve self generated two thirds of our own electricity so far this month Over the summer this can only get better Everyone always asks How long before it pays for itself To me that s the wrong question The savings we re making equate to a return on the cost of installation of between 8 and 11 tax free This will get proportionally greater as fuel costs increase and it will eventually pay for itself I don t know if any other investment available at present that ll reliably do this So I d recommend Rawson EV without hesitation A first class company run by people who are passionate and knowledgeable with a strong customer focus and an excellent product

Rawson Solar have been excellent from start to finish The Salesperson at the beginning was very knowledgable and answered my questions fully After placing my order I was given a full itinerary about the installation procedure and all went exactly to plan The after sales team have been excellent and have assisted me in the understanding and operation of my installation I have no hesitation in recommending Rawson Solar
