Having run into debt in 2016 to a point I was at my wits end I turned to Alan for help We sat down together and worked out a plan for moving forward including what could happen in the future relieving a lot of stress and anxiety That future came quicker than I thought it would so I ended up moving abroad still with debt Alan was again on hand to reassure me enabling me to move forward and reach my status of becoming completely debt free Alan is extremely knowledgeable non- judgemental as you would expect and very efficient at his work Having someone who knows how to deal with creditors in an unemotional way to advise of pitfalls and of solutions that you may not think of is worth so much in both a business owner and personal capacity

HMRC were chasing for a debt from almost 20 years ago Three different accounting firms tried to deal with the matter and failed Each year the debt grew as HMRC added further penalties and charges In desperation we spoke to Darran at R2B BS and asked him to make a time to pay arrangement But guess what After a few skillfully prepared communications from Darran HMRC strangely decided not pursue the debt and closed the file for good Great service with an amazing result I highly recommend R2B BS
