Our tennis club had a problem with a ball machine purchased from Racquet Depot but they were quick to respond to address the issue When we said we were unhappy to continue they offered an alternative product at a good price They were quick and reliable in response over a number of days until the issue was resolved and in the end we were very happy with our purchase
