3 payments from credit card - only one was valid
Overcharged Three payments taken from my credit card only one was valid On arrival 2 8 23 I paid upfront room fee and room service deposit of 50 This amount was taken TWICE from my credit card One 50 was refunded later Departure - the male staff member - instead of taking a separate payment for breakfast took the breakfast fee plus ANOTHER 50 When I showed him the transaction list from my credit card app his response was oh yes that is odd isn t it No checking Lost an afternoon in the midst of a holiday checking this myself Have tried phoning Finance dept and Guest number in this hotel No answer

Heathrow The overall stay was fine just average What I m appalled about is the evidently insecure system of having to register your credit card with reception to order room service After leaving the hotel my bill was taken from this credit card and it was a lot more than it should have been I parked my car here while I was on holiday so upon my return I spoke with reception staff and they told me that I had spent money in the bar which I didn t I didn t even go in the bar So I ve basically paid for some stranger s bar bill and some incompetent member of staff has allowed them to charge it to my credit card using my room number The reception staff told me they would investigate the issue and get back to me They did not get back to me I ve tried calling them multiple times and no one answers the phone I ve contacted them by email and via X Twitter and get no response I called a Radisson Red customer service number who were no help They said all they could do was transfer my call to the hotel reception who continue to not answer the phone I just can t believe this was allowed to happen and how they clearly don t care I will never stay at a Radisson hotel ever again

Do not book this hotel
Noone has acknowledged my complaint so writing it on here as we have tried to numerous times with no reply Further to my previous correspondence and previous request for the manager to speak to me tonight to address my concerns the manager did not show up I regret to inform you that our stay at your establishment has been fraught with further issues I must express my profound disappointment in what can only be described as the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered It is my firm belief that this hotel merely carries the Radisson branding as the level of service and quality falls far below the standards expected of such a reputable chain Regrettably our experience has deteriorated from bad to worse and as of 23 23 we retire to bed with a multitude of FURTHER unresolved issues Despite having an early flight tomorrow I find it necessary to convey my grievances and will follow up when I arrive in Germany as my attempts to communicate with the manager this evening have proven futile Throughout the night we have encountered various challenges including unaddressed issues and dismissive behaviour from your staff in front of a queue of strangers I was belittled and embarrassed The reception resembled the chaos of the London Underground making it impossible to keep asking for help myself and my children are neurodiverse and the staff are clearly not able to deal with such disabilities and needs I requested that I could speak somewhere quiet with the manager and she continued to ignore my request and did not follow through with her promise to resolve my issues in the evening Further issues raised leaving us with no option but to send my daughter for assistance Shockingly she was even asked to sign a waiver assuming responsibility for the room and its potential hazards an absurd request considering her age and the inherent risks involved In addition to the aforementioned concerns I would like to highlight the following grievances Despite assurances of balloons being provided in the room first yesterday then today and finally at reception no such decorations were present upon our return This failure to fulfil a simple request has utterly ruined my daughter s birthday surprise leaving her deeply disappointed The children s beds were inexplicably locked until 21 45 despite our early flight schedule This delay in access to basic amenities for my children is unacceptable The heating system was malfunctioning leaving us with no option but to request help a member of staff opened the windows for ventilation a concerning situation given the safety risks it poses to my young children Despite repeated requests for water to alleviate the discomfort caused by the heat no assistance was forthcoming even as late as 23 32 we were promised water due to the heat malfunction These issues compound the frustrations we have already experienced including difficulties during the booking process repeated refunds and prolonged periods of being ignored I demand a full refund for our stay as well as compensation for the financial losses incurred due to the inability to work while my children are still awake due to the room issues It is deeply disappointing that the manager failed to fulfil their commitment to address these issues promptly I trust that you will address these matters with the utmost urgency and provide a satisfactory resolution I eagerly await your response and swift action to rectify this egregious situation

Horrific experience do not visit
Awful awful experience Never coming back here had the cleaners shout at me the Mrs AFTER it took them a good hour to bring us two tiny towels insanity Air-con was louder than a fog horn which resulted in a migraine the following day luckily the lovely woman at the front desk helped us out here allowing us to leave our bags but the matter of fact the room stank of a chip shop the shower leaked all over the floor even doing my damndest to keep it dry with a towel on the floor luckily not the one which took an hour to get to me Lastly the room noise next door above was awful sounded like a pair of Hippos marching round the room in synchronized fashion Not coming back the Mrs is still fuming I even booked it nice one Do NOT visit

If I could give the radisson red at
If I could give the radisson red at heathrow less than one star I would AVOID at all costs Firstly the check in staff were so uninterested and barely made eye contact to check us in go up to the room after a 6hr delay on the runway with a 5yr old only to realise the phones don t work so no room service available Had to go back down to the restaurant to more unhappy staff Served a RAW chicken burger Sent it back and not so much as an apology Let alone a cent of the food bill I suppose the dose of potential salmonella was good enough to be giving for free Room had someone s dirty socks left behind Cleaning was clearly done at the same speed as the chicken No fresh towels left on the second day and dirty glasses left in the room after the cleaners they kindly also left us some extra dirty spoons to make coffee with in the morning Finally and by far the WORST part of the stay was when the fire alarm started going off when my 4yr old had fallen asleep no room phone and no one answering the reception All fire doors shut and elevators obviously shut off that s not the bad bit the funking fire escape lead NO WHERE It was blocked Death trap waiting to happen staying there You ll die in the restaurant or in the hallways trying to get out in the event of a fire Do yourself a favour and sleep in the airport If they spent as much money on staff training and hotel fire safety as they did on the lightbulbs in the lobby they would be better off

Absolutely do not ever book this hotel there is no customer service complaint four times no heating in my room despite repeated calls nobody came to fix the problem Spent a night with freezing room caught a cold chest blocked had to visit doctor to get medicineThis the second night to spend in a cold roomNobody at the hotel gives a they stopped picking up the phoneNever pay up front wanted to check out they would not refund my moneyBest is to raise a dispute with the credit card company and stop payment I cancelled all my bookings with raddison hotels world wide I am on a world tour they will never ever get my buisness

Beautiful hotel let down by some
Beautiful hotel let down by some horrible staff Stayed 27-28th April 2024 Bullied and threatened by floorwalker and a sad excuse for a manager in roof bar all because I sat on empty seat at empty two person table which had lain empty for twenty minutes - reason They are all reserved but don t have enough reserved cards Floorwalker attitude was horrendous bullying threatened me with security to get me removed despite saying I suffer from anxiety They just talked over me Ten minutes later a cross faced manager small with fair hair arrived - straight on the offensive rude obnoxious offered another temp table but I would then have to move within after 30 minutes I said no that it wasn t my fault that they don t have enough reserved sign and run a system that doesn t work as I saw lots of other customers being evicted Booking com and trustpilot reviews highlighted the same issues since hotel opened Said I would be making a complaint to manager - he said he would get it And then he walked away Obviously this nonsense was shared with bar staff some of which looked over sniggered for the next hour or so It gets worse After concert at Ovo Hydro we walked to local McDonalds floowalker off duty was present sat near my partner who she didn t realise was with me While I was at counter she obviously recognised me so she started sniggering and telling her friends her version of the story - not knowing my partner was adjacent - watching and listening I then noticed her near front door as I collected my food and said oh it s you and off duty now I said your manager was terrible she said I quite like him but he s leaving soon anyway What an experience Reception staff were so nice on arrival and departure- in between the customer service staff upstairs in roof bar seemed to have missed their customer service training and are akin to something from Fawlty Towers Disgraceful and embarrassing that these types of personalities are employed Given lots of customers including me have hidden disabilities which I pointed out - this was a totally unacceptable experience and the manager and floorwalker should be utterly ashamed and Raddison Red for employing such individuals
