Avoid at all cost they do not care about you

Bought a cooker from them that was installed and turned out to be faulty Engineer who came out said it had a bent chassis BER number was issued and the store arranged to take the cooker back I had to disconnect the cooker from the gas supply myself because RAFF wanted to charge me 100 to disconnect it Was refunded for the cooker but only refunded 100 of the 140 install cost I should not have to pay for anything when the cooker is faulty Salesman said he would Do anything he could to make sure i was happy until i wanted a refund and then he didn t want to help much at all Refund took 4 days when i was told 2 days Shopped for a cooker somewhere else

After being let down by CurrysPcWorld just before Christmas oven broke down on 12 12 and had been attempting to have one delivered since the 13 12 I turned to Raff Electricals for assistance When I rang up and explained I had gas pipes that may hinder the fit of a new built-in oven they offered me to pay a visit and insisted that the guys installing the appliances could alter pipe work if needed It was the 22 12 They offered a delivery on 23 12 Two lovely men came on the agreed date and got on with it I would definitely come back and highly recommend this business
