Unfortunately after being a longtime player here I m struggling to trust anything so will be closing my account ASAP There s been some strange things going on recently The last big draw winner of the car bundle drawn and published on the site was contacted and told it was a mistake she hasn t really won the car even though it was drawn and her name published on the site as the winner Wow if that was me I would not be one and telling anyone who would listen Raffolux gave no explanation of why it was redrawn which is bizarre with such a big prize Seems to me it was fixed for a specific person to win and when it didn t happen it was redrawn to make it fit last nights winner has a name of Anonymous which leaves a lot of room for doubt about who anonymous is especially with the recent mistake on the car drawn If it was allowed to be anonymous I m sure loads more of us would go anonymous

When you first sign up with 5 you are then given an extra 20 credit points to use on the site to place your bets on various competition on their site They claim to draw each winner via an app called randomdotorg Which I found interesting Their customer service is a bit underwhelming in responding to questions I would advice you not to place large sum of money on this site I noticed it s always the same winners it s Ashley malcom or Sharon or Paul

Brought 10 instant win tickets opend 10 up then saw all 10 had opened won 50p Instant win as far as I know is open up individually Fair to good prizes But you don t know how many tickets have been sold so 25 sold could be a 1000 tickets so back to the UK lottery then as same odds Bit disappointing

As a long time player and the winner of a few prizes I m disappointed with the amount of draws that I m entering and not receiving my tickets There is clearly a glitch in the system that needs fixing

Raffolux not as good as it used to be sadly

They only give you a poor a one-time use 15 off deposit code That s all they offer Massively disappointing compared to other raffle sites Probably why a lot of their draws are 50 or under sold unlike Jammy selling out every draw Support is underwhelming with no weekend support at all and genuine inquiry emails seemingly get ignored too It s a big shame as Raffolux was getting better and better over the last few years but now seems to be going downhill They really need to put some more effort back in in my opinion with currently no online buzz Twitter account not used anymore - what happened to the TV adverts What about the win-a-house prize they were considering in May All gone very quiet and boring Sort it out Raffolux

Play occasionally in the vague hope that this isn t some kind of pyramid scheme as it seems the same names crop up for the big wins which unless they are buying thousands of tickets is theoretically impossible It seems lots of prizes worth a low value and possibly donated by sponsors are given away to entice players in Be interested to know if they have been audited Lots of generic its fabulous reviews again makes me sceptical

The site is mega glitchy For some strange reason you add tickets pay for the tickets but don t actually get the tickets which is really frustrating Most of the time if you contact them you will get a refund but there was also a time I was told I had to go through PayPal to claim it which took weeks and then was called a liar and said they wouldn t do that but I literally have all the receipts of the conversations with Raffolux lol As much as I loved Raffolux in the early days I m playing less and less here now as it s just impossible to win now with so many big players and it takes ages to actually get tickets to go through checkout without a problem There is sooo many repeat winners who win every day so it s better spending the money on the smaller comp sites and have a chance to win The tickets constantly disappearing every time with instant win comps leave me feeling very suspicious like they are removed for a reason as it only happens with them all other raffles work absolutely fine
