Number 1 pre-IPO service for me It has everything i need Very comfortable design swift top-up and support that reacts to all your inquiries instantly Good job

Valid ID is not accepted and they ask for something that a citizen wouldn t have

Failed the KYC section multiple times using valid ID The email confirming the fail attempt had no indication of what was wrong or how to fix When I contacted their support team they advised that a full UK driving licence isn t a valid form of ID - which it is in the UK Then then said I could use residence permit which I don t have because I was born in the UK or a an identification card which is my driving licence that they refuse to accept

this raison account is stupid tried to open account yes done tried to invest rejected with no reason as to why considering i dont use credit i am well of and was investing a very large amount and never been rejected for anything found this very strange and to be given no reason as to why gives me lack of confidence in this company talk about driving you away not business friendly at all

My worse decision

My money disappeared on a very suspicious trading market My investment was moved away from raison app towards another company where me previous investment of 2000 euros become 20 euros in the 2nd market The new company is not in EU and they opened an account without my consent transfer the money tokens and disappear the money in a very suspicious secondary market Plus I paid euros and not I can only get it back in crypto paying gas fees which will be around the same of what I can get back There is not such a thing like secondary market it is a complete scam Assuming that no one is able to sell there is no possibility to drop the market value to 99 Complete rip off be aware of this company

Good service I use it every day The application is constantly updated and becomes more convenient

I am relatively new to crypto and pre-IPOs but Raison is very easy to use and most efficient The customer support is brilliant and I have been helped promptly every time I run into rough water which is a lot I strongly recommend this
