Paul Midgley in Rak Porcelains technical department deserves a gold star not only does he know everything about the products but does it with great personal skills and good humour it makes such a difference I would definitely use Rak porcelain again

Missing item

I had an issue with a missing part of an order I contacted Paul Midgley at the technical department and I must say the service he gave me was exemplary he is an absolute star and deserves a pay increase ps I am not related to Paul it is just nice to receive fantastic service

I have purchased from Rak Ceramics previously and always been happy with products and service If I have ever needed spare parts or advice it has always been there on a phone call Yet again after speaking with Paul I received the best advice and again for a new home I have another quality Rak Toilet For any negative reviews on here all I can say is with a phone call I am sure any problems would be resolved

Great customer service

I ordered a Tonique back to wall toilet from a distributor of RAK Ceramics The order arrived with a different seat as advertised on the distributors website After being told nothing more than That s the seat it comes with we can process a return and refund for you from the distributor I contacted RAK directly as all I wanted was the featured seat I was referred to Paul who from the description and an image I emailed him suggested that another seat from a different part of their range had been featured He offered to send a spare seat from a warehouse return for me to try It arrived 2 days later and fit a treat I was very impressed with the service from Paul and his colleague who took my initial enquiry by telephone They are a credit to their company

Our bidet and toilet are excellent we re really pleased We love the efficient button operated water saving cistern These items were purchased through a separate company and when we discovered a problem and that company didn t respond we went directly to the technical team at RAK Ceramics Paul was wonderful in helping us out with a problem with the soft closing seat and responded immediately to our message then sent a replacement extremely quickly We can t speak highly enough about them Thanks again to the team at RAK
