On January 15 2024 I emailed RL before purchasing two wool coats seeking reassurance about their quality and customer service due to the company s poor reviews I never received a response but RL has been bombarding me with automated ad emails Consequently I decided not to spend my money with RL and will avoid them in the future as they seem indifferent to their customers
