Great wooden tilt and slide sash windows from Ranebrook supplied and fitted I wouldn t hesitate to recommend and in fact already have to two of my neighbours Karolina in the office was professional with great communications Windows including hardware good quality The lengths to keep dust from my kids beds wardrobes and cupboard were the most extensive I have seen from any builders all encased in dust sheets hard flooring overlaid to avoid risk of damage to floors The three windows were upstairs over my conservatory and the team laid safety planks to avoid damage to the conservatory I m really pleased with the fitting it was very thorough sealed inside and out and paint touched up too I also had a garage door made and fitted and it s very substantial looking and excellent quality painted in my chosen paint There was significant work

I ordered windows and a door for our new porch from Ranebrook The customer service was second to none with prompt responses and friendly help and advice The windows and door were delivered this morning at exactly the time I was quoted and the products are beautifully finished and excellent quality I thoroughly recommend this company

We ordered three mock sash windows for the back of our new house Money was tight and these were a fantastic alternative to the ugly PVC windows that saturate the UK market These handcrafted windows are made in Poland and shipped to the UK so the price is incredibly reasonable Customer service from Karolina and the team was exemplary Our order arrived earlier than expected and when we collected in person they went to great lengths to secure the windows in our van for safe transit We would highly recommend Ranebrook and will be back for more as soon we have saved the money Thanks Lisa and Mandy

Perfectly measured windows with great

Karolina - I wanted to relay my best wishes to your fitter He has done the job beautifully and we are absolutely delighted with the final result In an old building where nothing is square and the existing door frame was all over the place he has demonstrated real perfection I still can t get over how satisfying the clunk is when the door closes and the smoothness of the locking mechanism I have done it repeatedly just to enjoy the contrast with the previous door
