Belfast sink waste plug
Hi The waste plug in my new belfast sink is not working properly and the water runs off quikly when in use I contacted Rangemaster customer care and Dominik inmediately offer help and he is sending me another plug I really hope it works when it arrives Thanks

I was somewhat sceptical re live chat
I was somewhat sceptical re live chat as had previous bad experience with other companies However rangemaster live chat with Jade was superb I kept on asking questions and within a minute I got responses each time and out my mind at rest and will now go on to purchase thank you

Excellent customer service
My first range cooker was an expensive rather daunting purchase so I was quite nervous about using it which was not helped by the supplier giving me the wrong User Guide Thanks to Brigi who gave me some advice regarding the pre use heating cleaning sent the correct User Guide passed on my concern about some marks a scratch on the splashback I sent some photos of the damage expected Rangemaster to quibble about it but Charley arranged for a replacement splashback to be sent straightaway Very pleased with their customer service PS cooker is great

Easy to book repair visit
It was surprisingly simple and straightforward to book an engineer s visit to repair our Rangemaster Induction witihn warranty Ann was very helpful and it was a pleasant surprise to have a slot available fairly soon

Mains to LPG conversion kit
Called up Rangemaster as was unsure if the duel fuel oven we have just ordered would be compatible as we have no mains gas only calor Tracey was extremely helpful and has ordered us an LPG conversion kit FOC Expect delivery of the kit before the oven so installation should be a smooth process Lovely lady and swift process
