They Don t Have The Experience They Claim To Have

We hired Rank 1 Pro to help with a Google review issue It was an unusual problem but they said they had the Google connections and experience to get the issue resolved We gave Zack and Rank 1 Pro almost 4 months to try and solve the issue but nothing was ever resolved They did send support emails to Google the same thing we had done many times before hiring Rank 1 Pro but they received no response to the issue either After giving plenty of time to resolve the issue we asked for a refund since nothing was accomplished other than sending a couple of emails We have been told in 3 separate emails all documented over a period of 4 weeks that we will be getting a refund but no refund has ever been provided I would be very careful dealing with companies like this carefully vet them and make sure they have the experience they claim to have We have no recourse but to seek legal council recourse at this point
