Rappi just out of the blue suspended my
Rappi just out of the blue suspended my acct with no explanation When you push the help tab a virtual assistant comes on board and tells you that there is something wrong with your acct It does not tell you what it is except rappi detected suspicious activity I order my food via PayPal as I have always done No issues with any of my orders and they can t even tell me what the suspicious activity is Leave these guys alone they don t know what they are doing I never received an email explaining anything or nothing

Everything is wrong
If I could put zero I would Rappi will cancel your orders and ask you to wait 15 days for reimbursements Terribly slow poor service and very dysfunctional Lots of improvements are needed and there are NO customer agents ever available to discuss or help you Anyway to avoid at any cost

Do not use this app
Every time we tried to order either the app can t find a courier in Medell n or the restaurant cancels the order The customer service is also ridiculous do better When reading the other reviews I m glad that we did not have the order to get through

It s a colombian lead app so set
It s a colombian lead app so set expectations low Expect the app to be glitchy and crash wrong products or lack of poor support who could care less and in some cases the rappi just steals the order If you like to plan orders around your day don t 3 hours is the average grocery delivery It s all kind of comical that a startup like this operates ass backwards Maybe the rappi s are so bad because corporate is too cheap to pay them Again it s all a leadership problem and the clients suffer But hey it s still better than InDriver

I am tired of seeing these damn adds on YouTube That is the quickest way to convince me never purchase your products services Garbage companies shoving something down my throat This company is garbage and the drivers are wreckless thieves who speed and drive erratically just to deliver junk to some fat person who is to lazy to walk to a market and buy real food Advertising this with some mediocre artist and corny hip-hop references like thats going to help This whole thing is just a disgusting mess

Aweful service
Aweful service They will never admit a mistake Ever They will take your money any chance they get This is why their reviews are so aweful because they are accurate I have had Delivery people treat me terribly then say I cancelled the order or have wrong address just to punish me Rappi still charged me all my groceries and I receive nothing This happened twice They say it s my fault This is why everyone loves Starbucks and hates Rappi And the customer service are not people but could be better than actual people so I won t judge there

Money Grab
Just like all the other reviews on here they proceeded to bill me after I had canceled my account When I tried to reactivate my account to see if it was my mistake and something was valid my phone number was mysteriously blocked so that I could not create an account tied to it I tried to complain both through their help center - which is absolutely useless - and directly by email to which I received a generic reply in Spanish I had a notification stating that they read my email so they apparently just don t care My advice would be to save your money and find alternate ways to order food groceries

No customer service
No customer service only an automatic robot that pretends it s a real person but responds instantly within 1-3 seconds with a huge paragraph telling you sorry but the system has done an analysis and the charge was justified so you will not be getting a refund They always do this and then if you make a chargeback through your card they shadowban you from placing orders I ve been banned and was still charged for the subscription service You get the idea complete scammers Welcome to Latin America
