I placed and order that never arrived when inquired first they said the package was with the USPS so I waited for it to arrive afterwards they said my address was wrong wich it was not when I asked to be refund from my purchase they stopped replying to my emails

You ll NEVER get your money back - and their return warehouse is in India

I purchased 2 dresses for 50 total and ordered 2 sized They were both huge I emailed back as per their 15 day return policy and they have been emailing back and forth trying to offer 15 to keep it I m just so frustrated Also their warehouse to ship back is in India and you have to pay the return shipment fee so be prepared for international fees

I ordered a yellow dress and it did not fit so I contacted the company to send it back The website says they will refund The dress cost me 35 USD plus 5 shipping I did not expect a refund on shipping They offered me 6 return and keep the dress I said no so then they offered me 10 and I had to send a picture of the dress as unworn I said no then they offered me 21 dollars and after 12 emails I said OK I just wanted to ship the dress back and get my money back but that did not happen so beware They then sent a 20 off on next order really Why not just refund the amount I paid the first time and keep the customer happy AND support the refund policy you show on your website Why so much haggling over giving my money back I did not like this experience at all Lizzy Shields
