Bought a custom V-Core 3 1 300mm kit and after 2 weeks it was shipped Support always replied on the same or next day and was very nice uncomplicated and helpful After sending them a video of a troubled rail the carriage fell off during shipping and it wasn t running as smooth as the others they immediately told me they ll send a new one RatRig is amazing the Printers are fully Open source so instead of buying a full kit I could buy only the stuff I need and reuse some of the stuff I already had Definitely check out the unofficial discord there is a lot of helpful information inspiration and a bunch nice people that are happy to help

Just wanted to give a quick review and kudos to the team The vcore3 1 500mm has been one of the best printers I ve worked with hands down Been very happy with the design and development of this build After 1k hrs of printing it s proven to be extremely reliable under constant use and aside from some preventative maintenance and mods it has been about as hands-off as any printer I ve used The community has been extremely helpful in responding to questions and has made the building experience very user-friendly The team does quality work and it shows
