We love our daybed we have a small garden but have managed to tuck this in Perfect place for me to lie and read during the day and lovely for us to sit in the evening and have a drink Looks great and was very easy to put together Was packaged well and arrived very promptly We had one issue which was resolved extremely quickly Fantastic company service - so unusual these days

Good quality garden furniture at excellent prices

I m not often moved to write such a glowing review but I m absolutely delighted with the garden sofa I bought from Rattan Direct I d been searching for a while to find the right corner sofa for my small garden but had always been put off from buying because other firms only seemed to sell sets bigger than I wanted and at high prices Rattan Direct however sells just sofas or just tables as well as sets and the price was good even before the special offer that was on at the time The sofa seems durable is lightweight and easy to move around and a set of protective covers came free with it It s modular so I can easily change the configuration to suit the occasion Delivery was efficient on a day of my choosing and the only hassle involved has been disposing of the very sturdy cardboard boxes and packaging it came in

The coffee table goes perfectly with our existing Rattan style furniture It is well made and good quality Delivery was prompt and packaged well Very pleased and would recommend

Top quality and worth paying for

I decided to pay a little more this time for my rattan furniture after getting some cheap stuff the last time I wondered if the thickness of the cushions would make that much more difference - and they did Really comfortable looks great and you can see the quality of the workmanship The customer service was really good when I had a delivery challenge Highly recommend

It is very hard and sometimes confusing when you want to buy something you can t actually see I did my homework checked the reviews and even companies house to verify the details of Rattan Direct I spoke to a sales representative placed my order and received confirmation on line confirming my order Logistics informed me of the date and a delivery window of when my order was scheduled On the day of delivery I was telephoned to confirm they were on their way Two very nice guys off loaded my order of 6 chairs large table lazy Suzanne umbrella and base and took them into my garden The items had been securely packed and it took a while to unpack but what a treat Everything is fantastic we are so delighted Thank you Rattan Direct for your assurances sales logistics and quality of furniture we are over the moon

I have recently made a 2nd purchase from Rattan direct and I can t rate this company any higher I would if I could I found the service very professional and the quality of their furniture can t be beat Sadly my patio is now full although I could fit another 2 seater when an offer comes along I did have a minor issue with the table I brought but this was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction with no problems Highly recommended and a pleasure to do business with
