I submitted an application for permission to carry out improvement works boiler installation which required extending pipework along the outside wall and I was told to process the application can take up to 1 month I asked Raven if they could prioritise my application and respond quicker as my boiler desperately needed replacing - which they did Got a response within 3 weeks which helped me a lot to start the works earlier I would like to give a shout-out to Hurry Homeowners Rep who was super helpful during the process

Professional Service

I booked two tasks with my Raven on Sunday evening Both were for the kitchen The maintenance Guy arrived this morning and completed both in less than half an hour It was a pleasure to come across a person that took a pride in their work and an added bonus being competent You could tell that Gary had standards and was modestly confident There was a high level of customer service and he went above and beyond to make arrangements for commitments to be met I would like to say Thank you

I would like to say a big Thank You To Conrad a community warden that I spoke to on Friday 21st JulyI asked Conrad if he would be able to remove a small cube size fridge and a wooden shelf that had been left in the bin shed and knowing that the bin men would not take them Conrad was busy that day and his van was full Conrad was organising for a charity event for the next day in aid of disabled children Conrad did say that if the items were still there on Monday 24th he would remove them True to his word they were gone on the Monday Conrad isn t even the warden assigned to Silvermere I was so grateful as the items had been waiting to be removed for nearly three weeks What a lovely man

Excellent Customer Service I have contacted customer service recently regarding repairs The latest contact was with Kevin I found the communication easy and stress free The process was uplifting from start to finish It was a real pleasure Kevin really went above and beyond I find that the whole customer service team are very polite and acomodating
