Never ever try this pathetic bank

Worsest bank in the whole world have no respect for women they threaten and abuse them and call randomly on friends number to humiliate the customer This bank should shut off customer care are pathetic and the services are pathetic they seem to be a shark loaner and talk like gundas on phone indeed very very bad experiance never ever get connected to the bank

One of the pathetic bank I had seen ever false commitment fraud activity holding money for long days I had suffered many problems due to rbl banks issue no one use this bank iam literally regretted because of this

Too bad response from customer care executive and no response from backend team

There was a dispute transaction on my card on 21 April I sent mails regarding my transactions there is no proper response It s been past 32 working days so far there is no response from you end and credit card bill also generated with the dispute transaction amount I will pay now but If I won t get proper solution then u will take action against RBL BANK SERVICES I will see next 10days if I wont get any solution from your end I will raise a case in consumer court

Had a very bad experience 1st they provide wrong information while purchasing card executive said annual fees will be 499 but when I purchase card they applied 4999 rs annul fee card if you complaint they said sir aapne kuch click kar diya hoga to aapka card upgrade ho gya 2nd every arrogant customer care people when I request to close the card I got a call to know the issue I faced when I started telling the issues they said ok sir ye confirmation call thi aapka card band ho gya I mean very poor customer experiance 1 star bhi waha uske niche ka option nahi isliye diya

I m not at all happy with your service bcoz last 20 days before I have given complaint against my exceed money payment of rupees 4661RS - Your manager has confirmed that within 2 working days the amount will credit to my bank account I have shared the all required details But still now i didn t received the amount NOTE Kindly do the needful as soon as possible if not I will proceed further legal action And worst thing is there is no one is taking the proper action on this issue Executives also not providing the false information

My mother was harassed for 2 paisa by RBL They called her non stop about paying 2paisa When she tried to pay they said they could not take a check from her Yet they continued with the harassment of a Parkinsons patient I will never consider opening an account there and will make sure I let others know

RBL bank is the worst ever services providing bank I had seen They will call initially simultaneously till customer will say okay we will opt for a credit card Not the proper information will be provided there will be a charges on credit card Then customer recieve often call from bank by saying your amount is about to due without using credit card customer has to bear unnecessary charges whatever they charge I suggest nobody to prefer RBL bank services One star is also they don t deserve

They will do fake commitments and waste your time

They will waste your months when you ll try to close the card neither they will refund your card fee even if you don t want to keep the card on the top of that in the name of reversal of card fee or interest they will do fake commitments for money I will attach screenshots of my email conversation they act like goon Customer care over the email act dumb and they will just repeat their response regardless what you say

Hello guys by today morning i got 1 msg from rbl bank that is your cc limit was updated and decrease They doing taht without any intimation I have never late 1 single payment since last 1 year but now they are douing this kind of anethical activies so i suggest you plz don t apply for card in this bank
