Ross is absolutely fantastic
Ross is absolutely fantastic I got into a bit of a rut from a tough year and he has made the process of losing fat so much easier He sets out what you need to do and keeps you accountable As someone who has very little time to myself due to work commitments his service has been invaluable

More than a PT nutritionist
I have worked with Ross for one month now My goal is to improve my overall fitness measured by my 5k time improve on my food choices hopefully drop some kg s improve strength as a result Already I ve run two best 5k times this year and I have more confidence in the gym which I haven t used since falling pregnant 6 years ago Ross is great to work with He listened to my goals and created a plan that has enabled me to change my approach to the week that isn t too drastic so I am not resenting missing out on anything

Couldn t recommend enough
Ross has been fantastic I have had other PTs but none of them have engaged and supported me like Ross has He really has shown what difference having a coach vs a PT can make He reviews my workout progress and nutrition every week and sends me thorough feedback on how to improve each week to meet my goals He is down to earth and understands that life can get in the way and so he tailors his advice judgement free to ensure you meet your goals even when life gets too boozy or difficult He sends daily check ins and replies very quickly to any queries He offers supportive and up front advice and I couldn t recommend enough The weekly check ins and daily check provide you with accountability which is great to help you get back on track Overall Ross has taught me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle both with fitness and nutrition this has resulted in a 5 3kg weight loss in 2 months time He uses very useful friendly programmes to record your workouts too Super thankful and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start their transformation journey

My body is transformed
I worked with Ross for 15 months and he helped me to transform my body I love his no nonsense approach tailored to my needs and lifestyle I lost 12kg in weight toned up my body and created some new habits I feel incredible in my body and am so grateful to have had Ross by my side cheering me on He s an incredible coach really knows his stuff and is one of the most authentic people I ve ever met It s been such a privilege working with him If you re thinking of taking the plunge and committing to creating the body and healthy habits you ve always wanted he s your guy

Good confidence boost

A good investment in myself
Having spoken to Ross on and off for about a year I finally decided to give coaching a go and I can honestly say that I m glad I did it Ross has changed the way I think about food and my whole relationship with it I was never fat but just wanted that little push to help tone the right areas The coaching and guidance provided by Ross was exactly what I needed and I can see weekly benefits both on and off the weighing scales Ross has helped change my mindset about what I put in my body Like anything you reap what you sow Put that investment in and watch your body transform

give it a go
I m just over 3 months into working with Ross and I m really enjoying the process Ive worked with coaches before so I ve got some different experiences to use as a comparison and I ve found this service the best It s such a personalised experience with weekly check ins and really detailed feedback in response If your wanting to loose some weight I d recommend him in a heartbeat Just get started and give it a go you won t regret it

Working with Ross was well worth the investment I knew I needed someone to hold me accountable and I started working with him at a point where I knew I wanted to make some changes His supportive but equally no-nonsense approach was right for what I needed I felt guided educated and challenged in my programme I got the results I hoped for and generally found him a pleasure to work with as a coach I recommended my best friend and she s currently smashing it with him also

My outlook on food and exercise has changed for the better
Ross has completely transformed my relationship with food eating and working out I was stuck at a certain weight for a long time but doing enormous amounts of cardio and HIIT getting up most days at 6am to do this and not seeing any difference Since working with Ross I have switched to a more weight and strength focused training programme and no more 6am HIIT classes and I have seen results I was in a vicious cycle of being good in the week and then completely undoing all of this at the weekend but through Ross coaching I have undone this and have developed a much more balanced approach to food I ve lost 8kg and 61cm in total from different parts of my body with the biggest losses on my waist and hips and I feel confident that I will be able to keep this off for good Whilst on this journey I have been able to enjoy myself - going to many hen dos weddings birthday parties etc and still seen great results I would 100 recommend Ross to anyone looking to make long lasting changes to their physique His approach is very individualised and he takes the time and care to personalise your programme to your needs rather than just a one size fits all meal and exercise plan Ross is also extremely understanding of life pressures and has been encouraging and supportive throughout the whole process
