RCZbikeshop is great online shop with best price on products I have a lot of orders 65 order now Customer service is a good maybe a bit slow anwer by email but I have never had a problem with refund or warranty of products Shipping is fast when is product in stock If is product in VIP action when took shipping bit long approx 20 days But he always arrived I also ordered complete bicycles with no issues Rczbikeshop can recommend

I am an unconditional buyer from this shop Frequently I find authentic bargains on his daily promotions Prices are crazy and the products are really good You have to be patient on the delivery time but it is worth it to wait Perhaps the only inconvenient is that you can not mix productos from one promotion to another one otherwise the coupon can not be applied That means that you have to pay shipments fee for every order eve if the are made at the same time

Best online shop with the cheapest prices around 20 orders in the last 2 years very happy with all of them I purchased a lot of items bikes frames forks wheels seatpost and many more Never had problems with the purchased items Only once a small issue with a purchased frame but when I submitted the problem they immediately offered free returns and a refund with lot of loyalty points

If you know exactly what you need and you don t need it within a few days this shop is perfect Prices are most of the time extremely low I bought a complete MTB wheelset saddles derailleur crankset and more 1 time I received the wrong product but that was properly resolved And warranty is also good My Sensa frame was damaged by the bottom bracket RCZ sent me a new frame
