5 company great service
This is my first order placed with this company I can honestly say I wouldn t hesitate to use them again The online order was simple and the follow up message and phone call from them was unexpected and instantly told me this was a company that cares about its customers My washing machine was delivered the next morning without any hassle what s so ever The price was the best I had found online including delivery 5 thank you My Aeg washing machine is better than hoped The spin is only a 1400 but is better than my 1600 it s easy to use very pleasing to look at and lovely and quiet when spinning Very efficient all round

Very good communicators
Very good communicators advising us of the delivery and although we missed the Monday delivery by way of our later order we received the hob on Tuesday

The advice we received in the shop was superb and steered us in the right direction After the purchase they kept us in touch and delivery was as promised The two delivery men were so polite and did everything they promised and more

Great quality product and top notch service
I ordered our new washing machine over the phone after checking their website and it was delivered a couple of days later as planned Everyone I dealt with was super helpful and pleasant My new AEG machine is fantastic and very competitively priced Will most definitely use RDO again

They rang to book in delivery the day
They rang to book in delivery the day after online ordering which was about 10 days away but they made the timescale clear and asked if that was ok Also the delivery men were exceptionally nice and helpful even though I was at the very end of their long delivery day Was kept informed by text of estimated timings so I could plan my day

Brilliant company
Brilliant company - 5star customer service I visited their showroom in Reigate to view hobs but then needed the hob at short notice so collected it from from their warehouse in Redhill Staff were so helpful at both locations Can t think of anything else they could do better Would highly recommend to anyone needing an appliance
