very good service overall
Have to speak as i find sent in a claim for a cancelled holiday due to covid claim forms were a little complicated but submitted all required documents as required never had any response but after 3 weeks claim was paid in full and money transfered to my bank ok my claim was straightforward but what happens with a larger more complicated claims i cannot comment but they were pretty good for me well done they seem to be a central claims handling hub for many of the insurance brokers they say 6 weeks for processing mine was 3 weeks thank you

Swift positive response
After reading the guidelines very carefully and providing all information invoices receipts copies of bank entries and credit card entries together with a letter from my doctor to explain and support the action we took which included forgetting to contact insurance company while in hospital for three days after day two of our holiday we were delighted to have a swift response and our claim is being paid in full up to limit on policy We also took care to put together all the information in the same order as on the application form to assist the reviewers We sent information in paper form with post and trace service

Successful claim
In April we took out super gold plus insurance as part of our booked family package holiday with Jet2 Due to fly out on July 6th my wife and I both contracted covid a couple of days prior We were obviously disappointed with this and so I set about cancelling our holiday as we were unable to travel I reported this to Reactive Claims by requesting a claim number and form as advised on their telephone service and website I was issued with both and immediately set about gathering all the requested documentary evidence and completed the form I emailed this back on 4th July The initial response from Reactive Claims was an automated email explaining that they were experiencing severe delays in reviewing claims and that I should not contact them for six weeks I waited until 15th August to contact them by email to ask for an update The following day I was sent an email explaining that my claim had been successful and that I can expect this to hit my bank account in 7-10 days I wouldn t normally write reviews for this type of thing but I do feel compelled to share my experience in order to provide a sense of balance to the other reviews When I submitted my forms one thing I did was look up some of the reviews from other customers and admittedly felt a bit concerned I wish I hadn t as my concerns from my experience have been unfounded So despite the six week wait which turned out to be fairly reasonable given that its the height of holiday season my experience has been a largely positive one that I am very happy to share

Very happy with how my travel insurance
Very happy with how my travel insurance claim was handled Expected it to take ages and be hassle but it was totally fine Think it was only 3 4 weeks from start of claim to finish Payout confirmed just waiting for it to hit the bank now Thanks

Informative polite and professional staff
There are a lot of negative reviews left on here but my experience was totally different Firstly after I registered my complaint I sort out reviews of this company and was mortified with what I read so much so I expected the worse however I received a prompt email stating it would take about six weeks to process made a point of ringing them six weeks later prompt answer polite and informative and requested some more information this was sent then a couple of weeks later an email stating how much would be paid 300 pound less than I expected but they did point out that I had not included the outbound flights so again sent these off but the settlement was paid so I thought that the the claim would be closed but no a week later the another email stating the further 300 would be paid Sorry for the long story but I felt that at every stage of the claim the company staff was informative polite and professional

Fantastic company
I made a claim which was sent on to Reactive Claims Ltd the service was second to none they were very fast and clear with what I had to provide as evidence they were so helpful I would say they are the best Claims company I have ever delt withI was paid back in full within 7 days very happy to give this review
