Exhaust was a special order from Italy Contacted Reactive via their contact email address and received a prompt reply Dealt with my request in obtaining a price and fully explained extended delivery due to the holidays in Italy As Reactive use a ticketing system i received a request number right from the initial contact which is a good thing to have for any contact

Awesome service
I was lucky enough to win a competition with Reactive parts and although they unfortunately don t make the part for my bike they offered me an alternative and have kept me in the loop about the progress ever since Big shouts to Emma Leon for the awesome service

Customer Service Interaction
Leon has been great and very accommodating with my order even assisting with a late addition from my side on the original order Queries were promptly responded to and its a nice change to not get a generic email but an actual contact person Overall the experience is very good I liked the site layout where parts are grouped for your bike model makes it easy to find exactly what you need
