An actual case of fraud Amazon is selling multiple flashlights air conditioning systems heaters etc with claims that are factually impossible Not by a little either in some case to the point of claiming a 3 volt flashlight with energizer batteries can manage to be as bright as THE SUN When reported they claim they reviewed the listing and approved it They also repeatedly remove negative reviews claiming they are no legit ins pite of internet archives showing that they called them verified buyers before this Amazon ca LEGALLY commits fraud I say this knowing that if it was untrue I could be sued for defamation They are violating the law

Zero stars They deliver pierced bag and after my bad review just by hasard this one is qualified to be no interesting so they delete the bad reviews What a beautiful scam and illegal act of this company They refuse any conpenssation

Amazon s God complex

Trying to return a cell phone booster that doesn t work amazon refuses to use the carrier that delivered the product and refuses to provide a QR code for Canada Post return and Puralator drop off is over a hour away from me When asking why the customer rep starts yelling and hangs up phone 2 reps same response absolutely unacceptable behavior we must all stop using Amazon before they gain too much control This company is doing no good for our future Please follow suit and start buying local Thanks

Fake 1TB Micro SD Card on Amazaon ca They don t seem to care

I recently got a 1TB Micro SD card from Amazon ca and it turned out to be a fake product The INKjetsclub 1TB Micro SD that I received shows up as a 1TB in my Windows 10 Pro PC When I tested its out to see if it really has 1TB capacity I found out that only 63GB is usable Anything I tried to copy write to it after just got corrupted and not retrievable although the SD card never reported any error Bad defective fake not reliable product I submitted my review but Amazon decided to remove it because they don t like my negative review and saying it s an authentic product But I still have the SD card to prove that it s fake It was listed at 56 95 including a 5 discount 3 off 2024-12-14 The price is too good to be true and it is So don t waste your money on this fake Micro SD card Ordered on December 14 2024 Order 701-9305323-1691436INKjetsclub 1TB Micro SD High Speed Memory Card for Car Navigation Smartphone Portable Gaming Devices Camera and DroneSold by InkjetsclubPS I got an email from Amazon Reviews no-reply address from amazon ca today telling me that my review was removed And there is no way for me to response to this no-reply address PS2 New update Dec 23 2024 Since my review was removed by Amazon review employee s I noticed that some other reviewers on this product also found similar problems with this micro SD card Those people that posted 4 or 5 never said anything about trying to test its 1TB capacity claim as I did and other recent reviewers with 1 and 2 The one I received worked fine up to 63GB but everything beyond is corrupted and unrecoverable From my experience this is not uncommon for cheap high capacity SD SDD products And Amazon shouldn t take their 3rd party sellers claim on it authenticity Frankly I m getting tired with this kind of issues with Amazon I tried to repost my review again today but the website said it s not accepting review from my account

incredibly frustrating experience

I ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Amazon I ordered a Tissot PRX Watch Order 701-7617479-3746617 on October 31 2024 which was marked as delivered However I never received it I followed Amazon s instructions to file a police report and provided them with all the required documentation including the report number Despite this Amazon has refused to refund or replace the item I ve been emailing and calling their customer service and account specialists for over a month but I keep being told the same thing with no resolution This experience has been incredibly disappointing and I feel let down by Amazon s customer service

I had an account with Amazon for more than 2 years There was a time that I didn t use it for about 4 5 months after which I order an item and my account got locked instantly Amazon locked my account and they keep asking me to name the items I ordered in the last three months in order to have access to it I got all my login information including my email and phone number but to them that wasn t enough Now I don t know if the last item order has been cancelled or not they keep telling me to call them Incase I see the money debited from my account I see no point in doing that because they are still going to ask me about the items I ordered in the last three months even though I didn t order anything It s really a horrible experience I wish there was a 0 star rating I won t even hesitate to give them that

Amazon Canada are crooks

Amazon Canada are crooks they went to my bank account and took up money that wasn t approved Now they re telling me that it might be a family member or a friend that used my credit card to order prime delivery or whatever it s called I never ordered it and no one has access to my wallet they live in Montreal and I live in Ottawa Amazon is this trying to come up with excuses They need the government to come in and check all their books and financials and stuff I bet you ll find out that they re not as honest as they say they re There are many sites out there to order from do not order from amazon ca they are crooks

Going downhill

I ve had the worst experience with Amazon and I m done buying from them It s been over 30 days and I still haven t received a refund for a laptop I purchased that was listed as new but was clearly used The laptop had visible signs of wear and after going through seven different replacements every single one was refurbished One had the blue screen of death and another had a non-functional Wi-Fi adapter Absolutely unacceptable for items sold as new To make matters worse I was told Amazon didn t receive the returned item and then they claimed I sent back a different laptop entirely which is blatantly false I provided proof and even filed a report with the Better Business Bureau but no action was taken to help me as a consumer Instead it feels like they re protecting the business at all costs leaving customers to deal with the mess Amazon s customer service has completely gone downhill They re unhelpful dismissive and seem to care more about making excuses than resolving issues If you re thinking of buying expensive electronics from Amazon don t Save yourself the headaches This experience has been exhausting and has shown me how little Amazon values its customers I ll be taking my business elsewhere
