Amazing design work delivered on time

We used Media Lounge for design and branding work for our Magento store The quality of the design was amazing - far better than we imagined it would be Communication was great and I was kept up to date as the project went along All amends were worked on quickly and we had everything we needed at the end We will use Media Lounge again and can t rate them highly enough

Support when you need it most

Media Lounge built my website 3 years ago and I have always been very pleased with the knowledge and support they have provided over this time Starting a e-commerce business with no knowledge of how to populate a website understand the system and market the business via SEO requires guidance Which they have provided every step of the way If ever am unsure of something I contact them and am assisted with their vast knowledge or pointed in the right direction I never feel unsupported and know they are only an email away my emails are always acknowledge and my concerns queries are treated with respect I always feel they are doing their best by me which is reassuring

I would be careful before deciding to use this company I paid 20k for a website I was assured would be delivered on time and in working order The website they delivered was glitchy customer service was non existent Not to mention you have to work on Vietnamese time as thier dev team are based there so prepare to work around Vietnam time Again not sure what costs 20k Shockingly after taking my website to someone else to look at as my website was now really glitchy it was revealed all Media Lounge did was customize a free theme on Shopify that you could do yourself So I feel very ripped off They were very convincing at the beginning with a lot of Zoom calls once you have paid the service drops and they delivered late and it was a terribly glitchy website that I could of got for a fraction of the price

I would urge anyone considering working with Media Lounge to look elsewhere Signing with these grifters could be very costly it almost financially ruined us Big lesson here and this part is out fault always read the small print and don t sign their standard development contract it does not specify a development timeframe or give you any protection as a customer Media Lounge will use this as an excuse to completely rip you off We trusted Media Lounge with our entire design tech budget that we had been carefully budgeting for over the last few years They were paid over 50k for a magento 2 website over 90 of the entire cost for a website that was still only partially finished over 2 years later Once 90 of the budget was extracted from us within a year this is our fault for trusting their terms and conditions Then they basically stopped delivering anything meaningful for next 14 months During this timer we did have regular project management calls all the right noises claiming they are working on our project it will be delivered but they had a developer shortage etc Ther truth was they had no intention of completing our website and had no real incentive once they had received 90 of the money We eventually had to pay to have the website finished from a much more reliable agency This meant the project actually cost 50 more than we budgeted for as Media Lounge refused any refund and handed over a shockingly poor level of code Its obvious from the reviews here that they will treat bigger companies with respect but any smaller company who wants results please look anywhere else Media Lounge will choose the route of blaming the customer throughout as I am sure they will in any reply here Are they the most expensive yesWill they tie you up in contracts giving you no protection yesAre they reliable noCan they be trusted noDo they use outsourced development 100 yesWho should you use instead anyone else honestly these guys will extract all your money and if they deliver any code it will be of very poor quality Update 11 04 24 - In response to reply from Media Lounge This reply is the typical smoke and mirrors nonsense you will constantly receive if you are unfortunate enough to work with them We didn t speak at length privately at all We outlined what had gone wrong with the project and clearly showed that we had been billed for 90 of the project when it was less than 40 complete after over 2 years Media Lounge simply refused to provide any form of refund or a date for completion In regards to us being unprofessional or them having a contrasting view this is classic blame the customer that is the Media Lounge default response Media Lounge complained about our review to Trust Pilot However the review was re-instated after we provided the required documentation The fact the review was re-instated says it all our review provides a clearly documented chain of events PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
