I have been invested with RealtyMogul

I have been invested with RealtyMogul since 2019 with their so-called Income REIT fund that supposedly pays 6 however over this period the actual return is 3 5 not counting the cost of money over time which is lower than a high-yield savings account And to add injury their NAV has gone down 7 in the last month vs other real estate platforms with no communication explanation etc This is a very poor investment and recommend STAY AWAY put your money in a savings account instead Now I am trying to get my funds back Will do a follow up

Worst investment platform I ve ever worked with- they make it impossible to transfer holdings to a trust virtually impossible to get out of the fund and won t issue distributions in check form Run from these guys

RealtyMogal is a scam

Looks like I have to give it one star but i wish i could give it zero stars i invested 3 years ago but i was losing money so i decided to liquidate my account according to them they could only liquidate 25 a quarter but in reality only liquidated 4 which now will take me 5 or more years to get my money back after a bad investment Stay away from this plate form

Terrible company to invest in Stay away It takes years to get your principle back Smooth talkers tell you about a convoluted system about how they are required to give your money back Of course they don t explain that when you invest Was a terrible choice I made

I invested 90 000 into the income REIT

I invested 90 000 into the income REIT about 4 years ago and I have reinvested all dividends I am now losing money - negative return and the fund is now illiquid I requested 25 of my investment to be returned by share buy-back and they only sent me about 3800 It looks like I will be continuing to lose all of my money here but it will take years until my account goes to zero

Good Luck if you can get your money back i have been trying to get my money back after all these years I have originally requested repurchase 3 years ago and after waiting quite some time they said one of the document is missing Finally I completed all the necessary documents about 6 months ago and recently I only received 2 of my total investment Terrible investment option

Stay away from realtymogul

Stay away from realtymogul I had invested 6k andd they were paying decent 6 returns But now when i wanted to liquidate my investment after being with them for 9 years they are showing true colors Saying every quarter i can liquidate only 100 i initiated liquidation on Oct 2023 and still this is going like a snail Stay away from investing in this business

Do not invest with these people I invested 5 000 in 2017 barely got any returns on my investment Been trying for almost 2 yr now to pull my money out since I m over the 5 yrs requirement but they are nickel and diming me with a 5 limitation blah blah blah This money may not seem like a lot to these thieves but it s a lot to me DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
