This is a scam company
This is a scam company My wife had major problems with trade payments use of coupon codes refunds From start to finish the process was a nightmare Chat does not work phone does not work They ended up canceling the purchase and keeping the products as credit plus never refunded us from the difference Beware The company does not have reviews on google how is this even possible

Do not purchase your items from here unless you really intend to keep and not resell I bought a LV neverfull with the pouch I never used the pouch so I sent it in for them to resell consign Before sending off the item they gave me a price on it Once they received the pouch they reduced the amount of retail price on it They stated it had odor and markings The bag is brand new They do that so they can give you less for it and they resell it at a higher price Scammers

Rebag offers something called Clair Trade where they sucker you into sending your expensive handbags to trade for their used bags When they receive yours they say what you sent doesn t qualify to their standards and they want you to pay for what you were going to trade for They don t mention sending your stuff back to you Or whether you will get your actual stuff back Scam artist Beware Still waiting for MY bags to be returned

Lost one thousand dollars avoid
I made a purchase that got stuck in customs shipping company is telling me that rebag should request a return Despite many attempts to contact there is radio silence That s more than one thousand dollars that I lost When I made the purchase I had a longer back and forth to provide ID but guess they just find it convenient to not answer to an issue

Hope you never have to return an item
I have purchased three bags from Rebag They have all been excellent quality I chose to purchase from Rebag because they allow returns I wasn t 100 convinced a recent purchase was authentic and I was on the fence about the size so decided to return And that s where the experience fell apart Two weeks later and I m still waiting for my refund I ve received limited information from Rebag The first week all I got were auto replys letting me know someone would respond It took multiple messages on the app and a long call to get a response to my original email asking for status Good luck to any future purchasers

Terrible experience
Terrible experience I ve read the reviews and see several regarding fake bags I found an LV bag and asked for more pics Was told didn t have any and then was offered 10 discount I went to order and discount didn t work Was told it s no longer valid since I didn t order the bad within 5 minutes Said they can t offer me it again Huh Found the same bag on another site in better condition for less Stay away from Rebag I was concerned it may have been fake like so many reviews state

I bought a Tiffany gold necklace paid over 1k It arrived knotted It took me over an hour to unknot I sent pic to the company and was told too bad just send it back No offer to help instill my confidence in the company The necklace was not inspected when they mailed it So disappointed in the situation I love the necklace so that s a positive however my concerns and efforts to let them know there was an issue were not taken seriously I am a gold member having spent over 5k in less than 4 months Suppose to have personalized customer service however that didn t happen

They asking my ID Passport ask me to
Kay Patrick from Rebag CS sent auto robot message asking my ID Passport ask me to take image of credit card and address proof for buying a bag U are not bank or government how u dare to ask this information But they hold my Amex card authorization US 2950Until today 9 August still never reply email but Amex said they not just hold authorization but actually charged me for real 24 hours ago however no tracking information and disappeared
