You re SAFE here for Communication and Technical Troubleshooting
Giving 5 s for outstanding communication from customer service and technical support Always experienced astoundedly prompt replies to email which are polite to the point and actioned with no unnecessary question I only use them as a WiFi only service so don t have experience with the broadband side of things but the mesh system they ve supplied me is consistent and powerful leaving me wanting to learn more about the company s technical offerings It s unfortunate for me they don t offer broadband in my area - No fibre cabling here yet Nonetheless communications are a night and day improvement when compared to support from big broadband companies Cheers to the team Dan

Incredible customer service - they way things should be done
I used to have Rebel Wi-Fi and when I moved house switched my broadband to them as well Despite a couple of delays caused by Openreach out of Rebel s control I ve been really impressed with Rebel s service - they kept me informed the whole time installation and setup was really straightforward once Openreach sorted their bit out and they helped me solve a couple of minor issues while I was setting up all our devices in my new home They even proactively reached out to help get better signal in my garden studio for WFH days It s so refreshing to be treated like a human by other humans - makes you realise how badly most companies treat their customers these days

The best internet provider in the UK
The best internet provider i have ever used I would give them six stars if possible Ok So under the hood it s Open Reach and HomePass This is fine The router and pods are great far better than my old Netgear router even with custom firmware But this isn t special sauce that earns them the sixth star They get that for customer service I ve used the Rebel internet customer service a few times on set up and with teething issues No waiting on hold no being transferred around getting quality friendly responses and spot on technical support who work with you not to a script If Rebel internet keep the same standard of service I will never leave

Out of all broadbands I ve used so
Out of all broadbands I ve used so far Rebel has been greatest with its speed and works in all rooms with the superpod extenders I have been able to enjoy meetings on zoom etc without network interruption There have been minute bleeps very occasionally when the connection has ceased for few minutes but this has returned immediately I ll highly recommend Rebel

Ticks all the boxes works perfectly and does not cost arm and leg
I struggled with my FTTC internet for a couple of months and started to shop around to find sensible FTTP offer And I found Rebel Easy switching process friendly staff and great price and T Cs I use the router and I do not need the SuperPods Not a single regret

Rock solid and fast responses to questions
Switched from BT a few weeks ago - really impressed so far - rock solid connection great router as a standalone much better than previous providers and great customer support when I wanted to switch to bridge mode for a mesh network - near instant replies on a weekend and great comms when it came time to reboot the router Really pleased that I switched

Great communications - with real people and no menus to wade through
It was great to deal with an organisation that has real people on the phone 24 7 who answer the phone directly without a single menu option required They weren t able to solve my problem immediately but the simple fact that they were there and they tried to get to the root of it was much appreciated And as it happened it was not even a Rebel problem but a BT Openreach one

Next-level Support
Simplicity of onboarding and ongoing support is in a completely different league to Virgin BT Sky et al Initial setup took 10 mins in total even the OpenReach line installation was super quick and the pods work like a dream Service was faultless until there was a router problem and then emails to support are responded to within minutes and a new router was on the way same day Not the cheapest service but definitely the best service I have experienced

Superb customer service they provide optimum broadband quality and put the customers needs first which you don t see a lot nowadays Just spoke with the CEO and he seemed really helpful looking forward to the service

Easy switching experience - done in five minutes
Perfect experience Five mins needed from my side in total incl one min to fill out the form for switching Switch happened while I was traveling Friday late afternoon with full transparency 1 Got an update on when the switch was happening 2 When I was charged first 3 Got informed that an engineer came by to do the switch for my flat but without any contact or entering the flat I arrived Sunday night a bit nervous that the internet would not work but the only thing I had to do was plug in the router and the Superpod with easy instructions and I had perfect connection The wifi is so much better now throughout the entire flat Love it
