Where do I begin I ordered some cigars from these guys for the first time Got the confirmation email and then came the email of dispatch with a tracking number Day 1 from dispatch tracking number didn t work day 2 didn t work day 3 didn t work and so on I contacted rebellion cigars about this and they where quick to respond They had refunded me before I could even blink And I was told the package had been lost by the Delivery company not naming and shaming A few days after I received a further email from rebellion cigars informing me they had ran this by said delivery company and that the package had actually been found I was delighted as it was now on its way to me Now I was in the situation of having my refunded money and the parcel Rebellion Cigars offered me a discounted price invoice if I wanted to keep the cigars Or I could send them back Paid the discounted price have my cigars all is GOOD As for rebellion cigars absolutely fantastic customer service I can t fault them Quick and responsive Cigars are amazing I will defo be buying from them again
