I meant to order my clothes via next day delivery but once processed I notified it was standard I contacted the company and within 20 minutes a lovely lady named Fiona helped me correct it and pay the extra towards the express delivery Fiona was lovely throughout and extremely helpful This is what all customer care experiences should be like

Ordered twice from this site Ordering quality packing and dispatching always to a high standard I made an error regarding my purchase on this occasion as I ordered the wrong size Contacted them via the website link Was advised to expect a response in 3 day however received a response and my order was rectified within 30 mins ready for my next day delivery - Its a refreshing change in the day and age and much appreciated Great site great service
