I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve it I filled out an online form and received a call from Sian who was professional friendly and polite she gave me a decent offer to scrap my car to which I advised I wanted to look around a bit more her attitude did not change and she remained very courteous and helpful The next day I received a call from George who also was all of the above which made my choose to go with them The following day it was arranged for my vehicle to be collected and I received a hours courtesy call from Nathan who picked up the car and was just as friendly and helpful The same evening i received the agreed payment I would definitely recommend this company from my experience as everyone I dealt with was a credit to the company

From the second I made a quote to the second they picked my car up they were very helpful understanding and very co-operative Even had to cancel last minute to the next day and it wasn t an issue for them Got paid the same day they collected the vehicle and was an easy exchange Definitely recommend

Absolutely faultless

Absolutely faultless professional service from start to finish Emails to Sian were usual answered within 30 minutes and she was able to answer questions on the spot in contrast to TfL who generally needed 10 working days to respond to even the most basic queries As time was short to provide evidence of the car being scrapped pickup was arranged to be the first collection of the following day and the certificate of destruction was in my email inbox and the agreed payment in my bank account by the end of that same day I cannot recommend Reclamet highly enough

Excellent service start to finish My car failed its MOT and wasn t worth fixing so a friend recommended getting money for it for scrap and told me about this local company I filled the details out online and then Sian gave me a call - she was a pleasure and a credit to your company Everything was smooth and efficient The price quoted was almost double what I would get via We Buy Any Car and Sian was professional and friendly Car was collected when agreed and the man who did so was also extremely friendly and professional when he arrived I was more than happy with the service and would recommend to anyone Thank you
