Recliner Factory are an excellent company They are quick efficient provide excellent quality products and keep their promises Kevin who carried out the initial visit to our home to assess our chair need was excellent Friendly accommodating and honest He helped us make the right choice Craig and Inout who delivered and installed our chair were helpful friendly and very respectful of our property Overall we are very happy with our purchase and would use Recliner Factory again Excellent quality and service

Great service from this company from ordering through to delivery These items are not cheap but the quality is excellent we are expecting the chair to last for some years Delivered a week before expected so that was a bonus Ionut Stephen kept us informed about the delivery time were super helpful getting it set up advising how it works

Everyone we have dealt with within the company have been brilliant The gent who came to do demo 10 out of 10 sorry can t remember his name The lady organising delivery date 10 out of 10 Stuart and Brian delivery people and setting up chair 11 out of 10 Everyone has been so professional The delivery guys had to contact customer service re the wrong headrest cushion all sorted over the phone just awaiting replacement My husband and I so far have only got praise for this company

Recently purchased two recliner Chairs powered from the Company They were deliverd on time to my Home by two employees Matt and Wayne who were a credit to the company both very polite and assembled both chairs and explained the operations in detail They also took away the sofa to be donated to a Charity

I have just received my recliner chair this morning The insulation team Ian and Stuart were great they worked efficiently and put the chair together and explained how it worked etc and left everywhere tidy when they left They were very pleasant and friendly

I wish to commend most highly Ian and Matt H I was advised of the time for delivery the day before the delivery and they arrived promptly The gentlemen were courteous and friendly and assembled my new furniture quickly and efficiently I was indeed surprised at how fast this was accomplished given that I was using some of the time to put a vacuum cleaner over parts of a living room carpet which had been covered by the old suite for many years The men were able to also manoeuvre my old three piece suite two large chairs and a three seater settee out from the living room for disposal by the firm In completing their assignment with the usual paperwork the friendly banter between us and between them put a human face onto the firm they represented I am also very pleased with the service I have had from the firm in agreeing to use cloth I had previously purchased to reupholster the old suite and also a foot stool Both the recliner chair and the two-seater settee are very comfortable a fact attested to by a neighbour whom I invited to try out the sofa Well done all round

From start to finish a really good experience From the sales person to a completion time ahead of schedule A perfect colour match to our existing furniture and removal of old chair The assembly team of Andy Mike could not have been any more helpful and ensured the wife was completely clear on how to use it

These two gentlemen deserve a medal my chair was never right from day one and spent several weeks in the factory I rang Willowbrook to pass on my praises for Dave and Matt for their help knowledge and professionalism and I now have chair I can actually use It is a sad day when companies cannot or do not pass on compliments for their staff as was the case in this instance
