Cancelled order
So i did the order but the products took longer than planned to deliver I called the day after my order to cancel it and they where really helpfull The order got cancelled and i got my refund coming back to me Can t Say anything wrong about the customer service so i m giving them 5 stars They where understanding and very respectful

If you need a good webshop for DJ gear this is it
I just received the order from recordcase de and it went as agreed I had it shipped to Croatia and it went smoothly They are very attentive and helped me with some issues it took some time to get there but it s understandable so don t hesitate to contact them The original packaging are very good looked after without a grain of dust so to say and that s a something I pay attention to I m buying there again no doubt

Great store Ordered a pioneer XDJ-RX2 which arrived within 3 working days via DHL I spoke to someone on the phone before I ordered to double check it was in stock and he was really helpful And follow up emails were all answered overall a great experience will definitely use again thanks guys
