Complete lack of professionalism

I contacted RecodNation for a quote for a scanning project The sales rep did try to contact me just a few hours after the request was submitted - I happened to be in a meeting and missed her call She left a message The following morning she called me 4 times within 20 minutes serial calls - all before business hours so I wasn t in the office to answer She left one more message I was in meetings most of that day and intended to return the call the following business day but got another several calls in rapid succession the following morning before business hours with a somewhat rude message about my delay in response In the meantime I also received an email message from the same sales rep I responded by email letting her know that I was no longer interested in pursuing the project with this company as a result of her lack of judgment and professionalism If that is the front-end experience with this company I m not interested in going any deeper I hope she was new or hadn t been adequately trained and this was an unusual experience
