Worst service
Pity that it is impossible to put zero stars I orderered an internet box with them They scheduled a meeting with the technician only more than 10 days after Even though they asked me to be home entire afternoon to wait for him he never appeared Moreover they offered me very minor compensation regarding this and their service is the worst I immediately quit my contract with them

Technically incompetent and crooks
We responded to their email offer that was much lower than our then current provider A technician came and installed the hardware but the speed was 10 times below advertised His response was All lights are green - I did my job Call SFR and he walked out We called SFR to no use then cancelled the service within 14 days which is a mandated cancellation period They immediately upped the price and sent a disconnect notice to our previous provider I actually figured out what their technician did wrong and tried to reconnect the service but they would not do it We ended up with no Internet and no appointments to install for several weeks This is much worse than already bad typical French customer service Not worth the aggravation for any offer they can make which may end up being a lie anyway

I ve been trying to pay my account for landline and internet access at my flat in France with SFR by RED online by card Just useless Their website is awful as well It won t handle a UK mobile to confirm new IBAN BIC for direct debit

Red Fibre Worthless now 4 days no internet All the communication has to be done by app fine by me but nothing is being communicated except that there is a network problem Updates are not being send and i have no idea how long it will take 4 days no internet is crazy Not a company product wich is trustworthy in my opinion

They charged me 50 for one call
They charged me 50 for one call in zone EU even if my contract included these type of calls inside the forfait No possibilities to contact them They blocked my number until I paid the 50 with no possibility of speak with someone to understand

This is the most horrendous internet service out there Internet is gone Customer service is taking turns to shut the conversation down and send automated messages basically there is no one to listen to you and the straight up tell you sorry we can t help you I mean you DONT HAVE THE OPTION TO SAY THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU CROOKS YOU TOOK OUR MONEY YOU HAVE TO HELP NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH BTW ABSOLUTELY NO ONE So good luck if you want to get a connection and you are an English speaker Their system has failed to generate and record our bill this month we have received nothing from them and internet has already been cut off Awesome company
