After an email conversation with the company in which they assured me that the order would be delivered on time if I ordered before Thursday that day was Tuesday I placed my order I ordered two mascot suits in a heart shape I ordered this with an extra payment of 450 per pack so 900 in shipping costs so that it was delivered between February 5 and 7 after saying the website after saying the invoice after saying my order confirmation would become I finally received the package on March 1 I paid 900 in shipping costs even though they did not meet the shipping deadline And I wasn t able to use the suits for what I needed them for Now I want to send everything back and I have sent them several emails However I receive little to no response to my emails When I receive a response they are short sentences and do not answer my questions how do I return the package to you to which address can I send it and how can I be sure that I will get my money back This concerns an amount above 2 000 I have asked the European Commission of Online Dispute Resolution for help I also reported this to Redbrokoly but they no longer respond Be careful so don t order here

I paid for a mascot Was promised on time delivery for my event For the next 7-9 days I asked for tracking information or cancel the order The person on email assured me it would be on time and as time grew nearer i pleaded for them to cancel the order and refund me to which they kept trying to convince me it was on its way and even 2 days prior to the event it was not yet shipped I emailed everyday asking for a refund and have not recieved any information Do NOT trust this company save your money

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE they don t do what they promiseI made an order of 700 i payed 45 extras for fast delivery the package arrived two weeks later than expected and I also had to pay 42 extra for customs since it arrived from China and not from France as they say I had the screenshot with their chat ensuring me that I have 10 days for return and to have a refund Now they told me I can t have a refund and they are not answering anymore I made my lawyer wrote to the company but afraid i will never have my money back This is a Chinese scam nothing more nothing less Save your money EDIT they asked me to remove the review to have my money back I tryed to remove it and they disappeared again Still waiting for my refund
