Redbus is not customer centric

Redbus experience was extremely disappointing They are misguiding customers by rating shabby unclean buses under high rating charging high and then not providing even partial refund for multiple issues experienced during the journey

Dear team Red Bus Your service is not even worth for single star I booked ticket from Bangalore to Bellary on 18 January PNR- 47647Ticket number -TU2K56375482I was going for examination But the Kusuma travels bus broke down at Bangalore only and they never solved the problem untill morning I had exam at 10 00 AM in the morning So I asked for the alternative but the driver and crew behaved very rudely with me They left me in the midnight They not even refunded my money also This is worst experience I Am not going book my journey in redbus in future I need my money back I am going to share this in social media also Because your bus members should know how to behave with customers especially with ladies and if I call to ask for refund their response is very rude

I booked from Prayagraj and my boarding point was 40 km away from my location I requested for a refund but eventually no one helped Worst customer service I ve ever received I highly boycott this red bus service in future

To Customer Support TeamRedBusSubject Urgent Complaint Regarding Missed Bus and Refund Request Ticket No TU2T46307082Dear Sir Madam I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking on RedBus for travel from Amritsar to Mohali on 25th January 2025 at 2 52 PM My ticket number for this booking is TU2T46307082 I had booked my travel with Maharaja Travel but I was later informed that my journey would be serviced by Khurana Travel I reached the designated pickup point near Alpha One Mall Amritsar as per the instructions Upon arrival I contacted the concerned person twice and informed him that I was standing near the petrol pump close to Alpha One Mall He assured me that the bus would pick me up from there and instructed me to stay at the same location However despite my clear communication and repeated follow-ups the bus did not stop for me I noticed a blue bus parked around 800 meters away but I assumed it would come closer to the designated pickup point I also tried waving at the driver but unfortunately he was looking in the other direction and did not acknowledge my signals As a result the bus left without picking me up I immediately contacted Prima Bus Agent in Chandigarh who assured me that a refund would be initiated However I have not received any refund till now and RedBus has not taken my matter seriously Instead I have received an email stating that my inquiry has been resolved without any resolution to my concern Request for Immediate ResolutionI kindly request RedBus to take this matter seriously and process my full refund at the earliest as I was left stranded due to no fault of mine I followed all instructions given by the support staff and was assured that the bus would pick me up from my location The lack of proper coordination and failure of the driver to acknowledge my presence resulted in an unfair travel loss which should not be at my expense Please provide a resolution within 7 days failing which I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue further I expect a prompt response and a refund initiation at the earliest You may contact m for any further clarifications Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter Sincerely Davinder Singh

Never ever book with Red bus

Never ever book with Red bus Such a cheaters They take our money and invest in other things On the day of service they will send a message that bus got canceled and refund will be processed within 6 days No customer care support Our money is lost Government should not allow such unethical cheaters to cheat customers My two consecutive bookings were cancelled on the day of service and I am left with no options to reach my destintion Once I had to wait for 12 Hrs for a bus

Redbus is running a scam along with bus operators First they show low ticket prices make customer buy the tickets then cancel 1 day before journey Customer will be forced to buy tickets at high price on same platform Redbus has same excuse for all bus cancellations Bus had mechanical issue How is it possible all bus operators cancel with same reason across india Imagine travelling in such unsafe buses If redbus cant help customers stop charging platform fees you dont deserve it Redbus is cancellation platform not ticket booking platform No human customer support so no refunds Redbus making money with cancellations
