Do not trust this site It s absolutely fraudulent and I can t believe I made a purchase here They run your card three times in a single check out and the page that loads after purchase is broken does not exist No customer service and no email confirmation of anything like an order being made or what I purchase but I see three charges for an Evon Harding on my bank statement Shady Don t do it and shop elsewhere

Complete C TS Contacted them within 14 days that I needed to return an item - which was listed as regular sizing but was in fact 2 sizes too small - I then replied to them a few days later but apparently that reply fell outside the 14 day return window And apparently things cannot be returned to the EU after 14 days Complete scam Run by a bunch of f ing thieves

I was not satisfied with the quality of the money clip In the images it appeared robust and of high quality In person it was flimsy and did not appear like the picture Upon my request for a return they mandated I pay an exorbitant amount for return shipping which was more than the cost of the product and told me I should take up the problem with the manufacturer in Japan as they are only a distributor of them Why have a business if you are not going to handle easy returns for customers and leave them satisfied

Operates on the principle of The Customer Is Always Wrong
This company began to aggressively send me marketing despite the fact that I deliberately unchecked the box on their order form to not receive it And then when I tried to communicate my disappointment with this they blamed me in the rudest way Clearly they are driven by pure greed and care nothing about the customer experience After their presumptuous and rude response I told them in writing to cancel the order And despite the fact that it was only a few hours since I placed the order do you think they cancelled it Nope They went ahead and sent it anyway A good business actually cares about their customer experience But these business owners lack maturity as their response to my complaints was not something along the lines of we re sorry about your experience and will try to do better in the future but whinging in the most childish way about false accusations against their small business I don t know if their issues are immaturity ego or just cluelessness about how to run a business If you want your personal information to be treated like a commodity then by all means these people will be happy to exploit it I regret doing business with Redcast Heritage store and will never repeat the mistake UPDATE I d say the response from this business owner proves every point I ve made I absolutely despise the aggressive marketing that comes from trying to do business online So I would NEVER subscribe to marketing But despite deliberately unchecking the box for marketing this so-called business owner couldn t wait to start flooding my inbox with unwanted SPAM When called on it most businesses will offer an insincere apology and a promise to stop But not these infantile business owners In what could be used as a Harvard Business School case study in how NOT to run a business they blame the customer actually expending time going through my other reviews which backs my position that I hate marketing and call out businesses that have no respect for customer preferences and privacy and then acting like put upon victims I immediately canceled my order with these guys and they ignored me and sent it anyway That they were in Spain made returning the entire order not worth it From top to bottom I had a horrid customer experience with Redcast Heritage and regret giving them a dime of my money Obviously I won t be repeating the mistake The overblown ego and juvenile nature of these business owners is most evident Don t walk RUN away from any thought of giving these crybabies your money

The Single Worst Customer Service
The single worst customer service experience of my life Simply put they failed me in every aspect wasted hours upon hours of my time misled me on numerous occasions throughout the lengthy back and forth and ultimately did nothing to amend the bad experience The experience soured on the 11th of June and only recently did I give up on trying to get any satisfaction

Deceptive Practices and Hidden Fees Avoid
I purchased clothes from this Spanish retailer only to discover that returning them would cost 40 via their UPS portal double the 20 it would have cost me to ship them myself through UPS This outrageous fee was never disclosed before my purchase nor is it mentioned in their terms and conditions Their hidden fees and lack of transparency are deceptive and unprofessional I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this business

Terrible return policy
I was surprised by their deceptive and unfriendly return policy I tried to return some socks and was told by customer support that socks were excluded from their policy This wasn t anywhere on the product page or in their checkout No other place I ve shopped considers them an intimate item and then were unopened I never tried them on Customer support was super unfriendly and unhelpful Based on the other reviews if it s your first time shopping at this retailer I d think twice

Please be aware that there is a clone site probably Chinese masquerading as Redcast Heritage The giveaways are that everything is heavily discounted and it does not offer PayPal as a means of payment I believe the real Redcast Heritage is a reallly good caring trustworthy company It s a shame that this other operation might taint their reputation
