A total disaster

I received a Grouppon Gutscheine as a birthday gift in June 2021 When I wrote to Red Evil Racing the 30 Gutchein min were excahnged by a 20 min drive When I asked to book the 20 min racing they told me they were overbooked for 2021 and to contact them in April 2022 When I wrote on April 2022 they did not reply I wrote again and after 2 weeks they told me that Cologne was overbooked and there was no appointment available naymore there They also told me they had very few appointments available in cities as far as Berlin or Hamburg No other options no nothing Customer service does not exist As they already cash the money last year they do not bother in offering me any alternative or a solution A total disappointment a terrible gift My friends feel also ashamed they gave me this Gutschein a very bad idea indeed
