Always my preferred method of getting to the Island More reliable more comfortable and always more accommodating

Red Jet staff

Red Jet staff so helpful we were going back to the Island after a hospital appointment and my husband was on crutches upon our arrival at the terminal we were told that due to adverse weather conditions the Redjet was cancelled but we could transfer to the ferry a young male member of staff quickly put on a coat grabbed a wheelchair and even took my husband to the other terminal then whilst waiting for the ferry we were updated and told that they managed to put on a non scheduled Redjet now I was in the same predicament but not to worry as a young security guard lady kindly came to our aid she found a wheelchair and went to great lengths of finding some plastic to use as a rain protector over my husband because the weather was awful she even wheeled him not only back to the Redjet terminal but also onto the vessel I have always found the Redjet staff to be really cheerful and helpful and my experience yesterday only confirms that well done Redjet staff and thank you

Really enjoyed the journey

I really enjoyed the journey Ferry on time and getting on and off very easy and quick Ferry was clean with plenty of space available to sit and enjoy the view No issues
