I ordered a hamper online but did not
I ordered a hamper online but did not really give the company time to get it delivered it was a gift Ordinarily they would have dispatched the item immediately but were running a day or two behind I emailed them for a refund and received a very courteous reply with a full refund back into my account in two days This is the sort of service you would expect from a good company this is why I am taking the time to write a review

Absolutely awful service and the hamper
Absolutely awful service and the hamper looked like a child s put together kit The so called brass looking chains were unfixed and brittle and not the same length The basket was a type of plastic whisker look a like also the stitching of the linking was so poor and looked like a child had stapled it together The gentleman to whom I spoke to complain was rude and unhelpful to say the least The worst hamper and shopping experience I ve ever had

I ordered online the Set of 2 Wicker
I ordered online the Set of 2 Wicker Country Log Set which I thought would be dispatched within their timeframe of 7days This was not the case I contacted the company as I had not heard anything 4 days after placing the order and advised that there was no problem with the order On the eighth day I contacted them again and to my horror was advised that there was an error on their system for my order but he would dispatch as soon as possible or offer me a refund I genuinely wanted to keep the order so gave them the benefit of the doubt In my eyes this would be a priority order and should therefore be dispatched by the end of the following working day Once this did not happen I felt I had no option but to open up a PayPal case against them and get my full refund This company has very poor customer service and I would advise strongly against using them

Goods NOT received - dispute raised with Visa
I do not recommend Red Hamper Ltd I placed two orders After a week I emailed requesting a status The reply was that it was an issue with a UPS AND b items not being in stock I requested clarification and the response was that it was an issue with UPS Soon after I received an auto email that the items of one order were being dispatched I then received an auto email notification from UPS But the items were not delivered on the date specified I emailed Red Hamper again to be told it was an issue with UPS When I clicked through to the UPS tracking I could see a label had been created by the vendor Red Hamper but the vendor had not arranged for a parcel collection This was simply a delay tactic by Red Hamper If they have a supply issue the items not in stock then be up front about it Don t lie and make excuses placing blame on the courier firm I do not recommend this company This vendor has fobbed off my request for a full refund on both orders stating they are waiting for UPS to return the goods to them and only then will they refund I do not believe them It s now March and I have placed a dispute with Visa on both orders for goods not received

Appalling customer service
Do not use this company or its sister company The Willow Basket - both operated by the same people I ordered 150 worth of baskets which never arrived Red Hamper took the payment After waiting a month and being told another shipment was on its way which also never arrived I requested a refund Red Hamper is no longer returning my emails and the phone rings off I used Paypal and so I have raised a dispute with them and am waiting to hear back I suspect the stock is not available and the company is taking orders it cannot fulfil Appalling customer service which has wasted hours of my time and as yet no refund

Cancelled order without notice or refund
Red Hamper it turns out were the secondary supplier for an order placed with another company which took the order and payment Red Hamper cancelled this order which I only discovered after checking tracking via DPD when nothing arrived I have had no response to my contact for an explanation refund either from Red Hamper or the original company I now have to enter into a dispute resolution process via PayPal In response to Red Hamper s reply to the above i DPD tracking said that Red Hamper had cancelled the order - I had never heard of Red Hamper up to this point ii I contacted Red Hamper via their website 4 days ago and have not even received an acknowledgment let alone a response - just a request from TrustPilot for a review iii I have also taken this up with the original company and have now received an acknowledgment although no resolution or refund so far obviously I will give them a chance to solve the issue before taking the matter further with PayPal iv Red Hamper did not notify me of the cancellation of this order v This is a factual statement and not dishonest vi I hope Red Hamper s response here may help you to form your own opinion as to their customer service In response to Red Hamper s further response i why did your company request a review for a service that had not been provided I would not feel so frustrated were that not to have happened Clearly ony positive reviews are required ii why does your name appear on the DPD tracking advice iii it appears the contact form on your website is not working as it should iv maybe you need to review your relationship with the companies who supply you with orders rather than disbelieving customers who have been let down v it would help if you read the comments posted more carefully - for example I have also taken this matter up with the company with whom the order was originally placed and in response to their request for 48hr to investigate what has gone wrong I stated that I was delaying entering into dispute resolution with PayPal vi maybe try being humble I say again if this is nothing to do with your company and you know nothing of this order why did you ask me for a review

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Seems my issue is an ongoing issue with them If you know business like i do it thrives on positive reviews and actual delivery of goods payed for I made an order last week and did not receive any confirmation email just a text message from shopify Finding it a bit strange i reached out to the owners of red hamper to query if the item had been shipped 3 emails and 2 phonecalls later and i have not received any response nor has my item arrived According to DPD they haven t even handed over the parcel to be delivered I will now be going through my bank to get a refund Avoid this company Buy elsewhere Edit Seems you have tried to get my review removed citing it wasn t genuine - we have provided the evidence required I find that move highly insulting so we will still be requesting a refund via our bank Edit 2 As stated we are wanting to be refunded either by you or the bank is fineEdit 3 Not yet no Edit 4 Thank you Edit 5 I recieved en email this morning from Trustpilot redhamper co uk has flagged your review for containing harmful or illegal content Edit 6 Final edit I have received a final response from Trust pilot which follows We re just following up about your review of redhamper co uk which was flagged for containing harmful or illegal content The decisionWe ve assessed your review for the reason it was flagged and determined that it follows our guidelines Therefore we ve now put your review back online So once again through false accusations you have tried to have my review removed to which Trustpilot stated my review breaks no rules and is in no way harmful or illegal content This entire experience just reinforces the negative reviews in regards to experiences with RedHamper I will no longer be communicating on this issue

Ordered through Debenhams took 2 weeks for one item to arrive that was damaged who knows where my other 2 items are because no-one is responding despite me having to chase down a very large value order Take your pennies elsewhere as you won t get your items or an answer-do better

I ordered Deluxe Retro Double Lidded Wicker Fitted Picnic Basket When I hadnt recieved notification of dispatch I contacted the company who advised that their dispatches were a little behind due to issues with thier courier service I explained that I had ordered for a special ocasion and the company owner said he could not guarantee it would be in time and offered a refund I decided to risk it and the next day the owner advised that to guarantee delivery on time he had had the item dispatched from one of his customer distributors stock he even kept me uodated with tracker number and estimated delivery time The item arrived in time and is fabulous Great service and product - Thanks so much

Good quality and really pretty
I ordered a white basket to fill to the brim with cuddly toys for my soon to be Grandson I ve had several baskets from different shops in the past and was a little apprehensive about how it would look in real life I needn t have worried It s absolutely lovely In fact the photo doesn t do it justice
