I ordered iPhone 15 PM and the color I ordered was out of stock I reached out to RP online CS got my color changed and received my new phone in 8 days Great customer service It took 5 mins to port the number from Visible to RP The download speed was 2-5 Mbps throughout the day the online CS reset my account and enabled the hotspot The next day I ran a speed test compared to my work AT T iPhone the download speed is faster than AT T I also loved the international calling and texting feature I m glad I found RP their plans fit my needed

I love Red Pocket service it fast and I love it the pictures come through great and I had no problem putting the sim in my new phone it s started right away

I love the service it worked as soon as I put it in my new phone and turned off and on I love it

RedPocket is far and away better than Tracfone

After TracFone denied the number transfer I got on the phone with the first Redpocket rep explained what was happening and that TracFone did this to my husband s transfer 3 months earlier and he immediately got Redpocket porting to make the transfer Perfect service And I am very happy with the plan I have and connection Thank U
