Avoid
Two weeks after opening the saving account via my Limited Company they are unable to sort my login issues They seem to be running on Azure using aspx technology I am using a Macbook Pro and tried Chrome Safari and Firefox - all fail to login so clearly a server side - not a browser - problem If they cannot handle a basic issue such as a login what hope when it comes to anything remotely complicated Caveat Emptor

Ametuerish - at best
Despite my earlier negative review I made the mistake of placing corporate money with them as a deposit 35 day notice account When I tried to set up a withdrawl it failed Their operations team confirmed an error on their side and confirmed that withdrawl will take place on the 6th of April As I expected no amounts transferred on the 6th of April Now operations say it will arrive at some point this afternoon more of a hope than a statement at this point Might have to loge a complaint with the Ombudsman if this does not materilise today Probably driven by clueless management who have no idea around IT or investments in systems Reply 8th April Yes it has been resolved by the operations team who have been outstanding throughout Seems the only redeeming factor in this saga Hope your management ack their efforts

Title A Nightmare Experience Avoid This Bank Lender at All Costs Rating I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with redwood bank and I can confidently say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish This review serves as a strong warning to anyone considering their services steer clear of this bank lender at all costs Right from the beginning the process was plagued with inefficiency and lack of communication Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly I had to constantly chase them for updates It seemed like their employees lacked basic professionalism and failed to understand the importance of timely responses My requests for information were met with indifference leaving me frustrated and anxious about the status of my application Moreover the bank lender s lack of transparency became apparent when they introduced unexpected fees and hidden charges The terms and conditions that were initially presented were altered without prior notice resulting in additional financial burdens that were never disclosed in the beginning This deceptive practice was not only unethical but also a clear indication of their disregard for their customers well-being Furthermore their incompetence extended to the processing of my loan The entire procedure was plagued with unnecessary delays and mistakes Documents were misplaced information was incorrectly recorded and there were frequent errors in their internal systems These blunders not only wasted my time but also caused considerable stress and inconvenience Even when it came to customer service their representatives were unhelpful and unresponsive Whenever I called to seek clarification or resolution to my issues I was met with rude and dismissive behavior It felt as though my concerns were falling on deaf ears and the staff showed no interest in rectifying the problems they had caused In the end the experience with redwood was nothing short of a disaster I regret ever engaging with them and would strongly advise against anyone else doing so Their lack of professionalism transparency and customer care was utterly unacceptable I implore you to explore other reputable options when seeking financial assistance There are numerous other bank lenders out there who prioritize their customers needs and provide efficient transparent and respectful services Spare yourself the headache and stress avoid redwood at all costs

The customer service
The customer service technical support and complaints procedure of this company are extremely disappointing It s not worth risking your money with them Following system updates on February 13th I have been unable to access my business savings account online Today I finally spoke with the Bank s Operations Manager who used phrases like I believe which is a little fluffy and not what I expect from my bank I suggested she listen to recordings of my previous calls to avoid me having to repeat the same information time after time Clearly there is a technical issue that needs to be resolved and it s unfair for customers to act as the troubleshooting team for an online-only bank Unfortunately the Manager abruptly ended the call after just 10 minutes leaving me in a state of limbo

Avoid for buy to let
Avoid for buy to let the website preaches on how flexible they are at understanding landlords needs they understand nothing and take weeks to reply with a NO to anything you ask Interest rates ridiculous but ween been paying it for years will not help one bit in this current climate its disgusting unfortunately we were one of there 1st customers so couldn t get a recommend but i would never ever recommend this bank No point in emailing you as your useless as a buy to let bank wouldn t waste more of my time the minute we can sell our portfolio we will we were left the portfolio by our late father and wanted to keep and progress it redwood make it impossible

This bank is a joke
This bank is a joke I gave them 95 days notice to withdraw 3 000 from my account with them and they got the amount wrong and sent me 30 000 How can this happen Their Customer Service helpfully suggested that I send the balance back to them as though this excused their error Just went back to query how I pay the balance back and they hung up the call

I had a year s business bond with Redwood but due to Covid-19 I needed the funds back mid-term Not only did they refund in full within 2 days they added on the interest I had accrued which I certainly did not expect Top service

Great service FANTASTIC BANK
Have had a great experience with their Business Savings Accounts for a few years No issues logging in from Mac or PC just stating based on a previous review They change their products from time to time and hence suggest keeping an eye regularly on their products it s sometimes worth switching to the latest product to take advantage of the a better interest rate The only issue with this there is no upgrade path as such one has to open a new account place a notice on the old one and wait for funds to be released an transferred to the new product Would be great if they could offer an upgrade path and also auto upgrade when there is an increase in interest rate would certainly go a long way in rewarding loyalty
