Misleading and Concering Business Practices
I recently attempted to purchase a Bitmain L9 machine from Refined Capital and feel compelled to share my disappointing experience Throughout the process I encountered several concerning issues The most troubling aspect was the additional charges after I had purchased the machine if I wanted to continue the order including a double charge for shipping This created confusion and eroded my trust in Refined Capital s business practices During my interactions I also found the information provided to be inconsistent and misleading Though they are a U S based company their in stock item was not stocked in the USA and I would have to wait for an end of month delivery from a supplier in an overseas country However they did provide a full refund at termination of the order and offered free shipping for a future order in response to the poor purchasing experience The overall experience left me feeling that Refined Capital engages in unfair business tactics For future potential customers reading this review I suggest getting final pricing and shipping ETAs in writing before making a purchase from Refined Capital
